Just pre ordered a naked marshmallow advent calendar with the little flame candle. I'm excited now! Thought about the boozy one but less variety on flavours so stuck to the original one. Hope its nice!

If anyone is unsure whether to try the hot chocolate shaker as a cheap alternative to the velvetiser, I've now used mine a couple of times and can recommend. I'd say shake for about 20-30 seconds to get it working nicely, but it definitely adds an element of smoothness and it dissolves all the powder much better - no sludge at the bottom of the cup! I'm using my favourite Whittards luxury powder at the moment but once that's finished, I'll be trying the dark choc drops that came with the shaker. I think with the discount code I used, it came to about £40 for two.

@Mumto3thatsme ah I know I'm going to totally regret not getting the boozy one but I've not tried the other flavours so thought I'd save the boozy one for next year. Or maybe I will get two!!

New to the Christmas board so don’t know is has been posted before. My kids (teens) love Typo. Fab store to browse if you have one nearby, way too expensive normally, a bit like Smiggle for teenagers.
Anyway, their sale is currently crazy prices and fab. Especially highly recommend the earbuds marked down from £30 to £6. My DD loves hers. Stationary always great quality and recently ordered bags and computer cases to go back to school and they’re great too. DS likes the socks as usually obscure cult references that appeal to his humour.

Agree @Arthien I really like mine, but only tend to have hot chocolate on occasion so the velvetiser isn't worth it for me.

I think it would make a really good present for a older child/teen without it being crazy money. You can also buy good chocolate flakes from M&S and on Amazon too.

Have watched this lovely thread for the past few years and had some fabulous bargains / ideas, thank you all. Thanks to the poster way back who mentioned the Nuby sale, Just ordered a lovely ball pit for my granddaughter’s Christmas, mum and dad had been looking at the same one full price on Amazon so I’m delighted to get something they wanted and at a bargain price.
