I was here a few years ago with u guys, I'm a Christmas addict so I'll never say "its June" in regards to any Christmas ideas. I'll try keep up this time. ❤️

My sister sends me wool that she can't find time to knit with 🤷🏻‍♀️ She gave me an entire packet of textured lilac wool so I've knitted a cardigan for my great-niece. I just need to sew the button on and post it. Maybe tomorrow...

More from the same wool. This time for a great-niece that's expecting a baby later in the summer. This is a ballet style cardigan and matching prom blanket. I need to add little ribbon flowers to finish them off. Let's hope the scan was correct about baby being a girl!

Final one for now - a blanket for Woolly Hugs. I finished it last night but didn't take a photo before I sealed the parcel up so this is a work in progress shot.

They're lovely, Woolly. Do you knit / crochet for the hospital? DD got a hospital cardi as she was in SCBU.

If we're doing craft photos, here's where my cross stitch is up to.

Forgot to say, my early morning caught up with me and I nodded off on the sofa last night. I had a banging tired headache so took painkillers when I went to bed.

Fluffy I have knitted for the hospital in the past. I've got a couple of friends who are community midwives (they did my home birth with DS) and they pass them into the hospital. I did some for SCBU and for the bereavement team. Mostly hats but also burial wraps/blankets for the bereavement team.

Maybe I could use up some of my little balls of wool to make some hats for SCBU over the summer - I've got a list as long as my arm of stuff I want to make (and a pile of wool to match). If I get a few of the big things sorted then maybe I'll have a clearer idea of time and materials.

That's lovely Fluffy. Must require great attention to detail with all the very similar shades of blue/lilac.

I do have a failure to count quite often. Sadly! 🙄

My friend is a midwife who knits. She does loads of baby knitting!

We replaced all the felt on the shed roof yesterday, and we've finished off with some new timber fascias...and had a chat with the neighbours whilst up the ladder. They have the same probs as us with their showers they're in the middle of renewing their ensuites so it looks like it was the same numpty on every house. How do you fit a shower upside down??? 🤦🏻‍♀️
The spuds are coming on a treat and have started to flower. I could do with some rain...and "Hose of Death" MrP has been outside pleading for it to rain to test the shed. Nothing. Not even a spot.🤷🏻‍♀️
