I am cleaning the house but going slowly because I can't be bothered #NotFeelingIt I have stripped the bed and I am now plonked on the end of it reading Mumsnet.

I've got the house to myself one day next week why and plan to do the deep cleaning jobs then. There's no point now - the house is full of boxes ready for the big move on Monday. DD1 should be completing today. Take your time. It's too nice a day to be going mad with housework.

I've walked down to the park to meet my friend. I've got dressed up although I have to wear my walking boots if I don't want to be walking like an aged crone tomorrow. I've even got lipstick on 😂

The walk down was fine. It's uphill most of the way home, though.

why similar story here. I've got in from shopping, stuck the dishwasher on then sat down to eat a bowl of cereal and watch an episode of Futurama

I've just done the food shopping on my own for the first time in months. Went to Sainsbury's as it tends to be quiet and just generally nicer and I don't need much

It took 3 attempts to get inside (first try I realised I forgot the coin for the trolley. Back to car, got coin, got to shop doors and remembered the bags - back to car, got them and finally got inside). I've lost a lot of my living in the real world skills 😂
I also clearly can't be trusted. I had a list of about 10 things. Somehow a bottle of wine, a meal deal, dog treats, a new jug and a cake (for my friend whose coming tomorrow) fell in the trolley too...

I suppose I should get on with my cleaning now...

Crazy I had a list...🤦🏻‍♀️ I don't know how half the stuff gets in the trolley 😇 🤥

Woolly is DD moving far? or will she still call in for a roast dinner every other day now and then?

Both my sister and I live around a 15 minute drive from my mum and still at the ages of 32 and 35 go there for tea once each week.

puss I've lost more of this trolley token things than I can count. DH gets them free every so often from the teaching union he's part of and we've picked a few up that weee being sold for charity etc.
I don't know what happens to my brain when I use on - I just put the trolley back and wander off, leaving it there

I've sat down for a breather and a drink. I have:
Scrubbed and bleached the bathroom upstairs
Emptied all the crap off the spare bed, cleaned & dusted in there
Put away the 2 loads of washing done yesterday (inc pairing socks 😇)
Cleaned, tidied and dusted our room.
Changed the bedding
Scrubbed the kitchen
Cleaned, tidied, dusted downstairs
Cleaned the white windowsills in the bastard conservatory even though this will be covered in dust again by the morning
Sorted the shoe cupboard so more can fit in
Had a sort out of the utility room (where we tend to dump anything that doesn't have a home).

When I get back up I need to clean the downstairs loo even though it's DHs and he should do it, Hoover throughout then mop downstairs.

I also have 2 tall solar lights for the garden in the conservatory at the mo (they look like old fashioned lantern type things).
We're waiting for the garden to be finished before we decide where to put them but for now they look a bit ridiculous 😂

You've been productive, Crazy! I cleaned the bathroom at lunchtime, and that's about as far as it goes!

I've just been to Sainsbury's to get BBQ bits plus other things we've run out of including vodka and will shortly be doing cross stitch.

I think my headache is pollen-related, Crazy. The air feels thick with it here. Grim. 🤧

I think I deserve it, have been in the office three days this week and I'm shattered. It was so quiet and I think because I was in a different environment I got so much done ✔

I'm assuming my headache is a mix of pollen levels and my inability to make sure I drink enough Fluffy.
I've drunk a lot today, and the worse of it is gone but my head feels stuffy and heavy still 😣

My cleaning and tidying is complete. Last 2 jobs of the day - shower & cross stitch.

My DS woke up with a headache this morning, he's been staring at his screen (University work not gaming ) and I think dehydrated too .
None of us suffer hayfever but I reckon this weekend will be vicious , lots of gardening going on, lawn cutting .

I love a Chinese takeaway too . We got a delicious one last year , I wrote the name in my Year Planner on 23rd Dec to order from there .

I have Black Bean tofu with peppers (have to be really strong salty black bean and firm tofu) mini spring rolls and seaweed .
The nice extras are deep fried battered vegetables (brocilli, mushrooms,peppers) , Mock Duck Pancakes , mushroom rice .

@70isaLimitNotaTarget & @CrazyBaubles DH mentioned that you could see the tree pollen one day in the week - it certainly feels strong this year.

Hurrah, the warmer weather is here! It's allotment day today (unusual on a Sat!) as we're going to a country park tomorrow. BBQ day too. 😁

DH won £2.50 on the lottery last night. Not really adequate! 🙄🤣 I won nothing!

Just had a delicious slice of toast (from the breadmaker bread)

Waiting for a Sainsbury delivery now then going shopping with DD

My DC have both done their exams so the pressure has lifted a bit but there is the wait for resuts .

DS keeps mournfully wandering about like Marley's Ghost saying he's a NEET ( Not in Education Employment or Training ) .
He can have a few days of utter lethargy then get back to doing something .

We went to B&Q early. They've 20% off their plants so we now have some orange and pinky/peach dahlias.
We've repotted a couple of things and done some tidying...it keeps trying to rain, but I think that ship may have sailed for a few days and I'm back to watering to maintain with the 🥔🥔🥔
