Morning all, and a belated Happy New Year!!
Crazy good luck with getting all packed up and moved soon, it sounds like you are (mostly - other than hamster) making good progress!
Why good luck with finishing up the old job, I hope the new one goes well and is less stressful for you.
Fluffy it sounds like you are getting well organised for another good growing year.
Stockings I sympathise on DH - I have been either failing to sleep with the snoring starting so fast, or being woken by shouting in nightmares, or by him getting up at stupid O'clock....I can possibly lend you a spade though later in the week?! (Once I've finished using it here!)
Wreck sounds like you are as busy as usual with everything, fair play fitting your exercise in. (DH is dragging me out for a walk every night....so that's me covered I think).
School has an extra 3 days holidays this week, but we are expecting an announcement of online teaching later today. Even though the Minister for Education was adamant on Monday afternoon (4th) (to the other political party education spokespersons) that the schools would physically open next Monday, 11th. (She only got elected as a TD/MP for the first time in February so her inexperience is showing). Our principal had allowed exam years in yesterday to collect books for studying this week, but let the other years go in today in expectation of the closure - with strict admonitions of "This is NOT a socialising opportunity for the girls, please make that clear to your daughters!!!".
I'm back at work (still staring at the spare bedroom wall) since Monday. It's going to be a very busy spring, but I have actually managed to get started in a positive way. We're locked down again too, and as numbers have risen so much and so fast, we've agreed that DH will do any physical shopping we need rather than me. I am still organising the online shops though - but the Supervalu system tried to change my order to send it to DMIL (2.5 hours away!) instead of me, so while I think I have managed to change back to our house, I have no idea if any food will turn up tomorrow or if that order is now moved to next weekend instead. We can manage (other than milk and some fresh veg) without it this week if necessary. Also, it's blinking cold here, but no signs of snow. Better go back to work though, and dream up the costs and benefits of what we are working on at the moment for the impact assessment....
