My son (nearly 7) loves role-playing scenes from favourite games/programmes. He's been obsessed with Untitled Goose Game for months. He has no idea but I've bought him a TY goose and a kit to build a paper village so he can re-enact it. He is going to be SO excited when he opens them - I can't wait Grin

@thesearetherichesofthepoor you could get your DD some freeze dried astronaut food, we've had the icecream before, it's really weird because it tastes like ice cream but it's warm it was a big hit.

I've got DD7 a refurbished ipad. Far younger than I was planning but she hogs mine all the time and I want it back! She will be chuffed to bits, but her dad has got her an electric guitar - I think that will be the standout pressie! And best of all he gets to keep it at his house, and all the associated caterwauling 😂😂😂

It’s the little presents that DS will be happiest with this year like his Japanese sweets and Tony Hawk Funko Pop.

DS (13) got his main present in the summer - a new gaming PC that was a joint birthday and Christmas present. He's been decorating his room with coloured LED strips while talking wistfully about how much he'd really love a set of Nanoleaf colour-changing light panels but that the ones he wants have been sold out for weeks and he'll have to save up for them next year....he doesn't know that I'd already got some Grin I've also got him an original aluminium Concorde luggage tag, which he'll hopefully love (he's a total aviation geek).

My DS is 7 and Pokemon obsessed. He thinks he has all the UK available Pokemon plushes, but they have just released Teddiursa and he doesn't know. He loves his cuddly Pokemon toys, so he'll be over the moon.

He's also got Nintendo Labo and the Lego passenger train, so we'll look forward to building and playing with that with him.

I'm not exited about my kids presents but they are young adults who are getting cash and food and drink mostly but I am exited about getting the cats an interactive flippety fish toy! Funny cat video clips will result hopefully!

The flipper try fish is brilliant our in-laws cat loves it so much every three months I’ll be buying another so he doesn’t run out, though not a child I can’t wait to se my dhs face when he sees his rangers stuff.

Some sort of pooing unicorn for dd7. Ds10 is not expecting some LED lights for his room i got him and dd9 will adore her rather too grown up make up set.

That's the plan anyway. Who knows how it will all go on the day Grin

DD10 loves art and paints beautifully. She also adores her pet cat. I have got her a personalised paint by numbers, based on a photo of the cat. I hope she loves it!

DS (16) is incredibly lucky as we managed to get him a PS5, he has absolutely no idea as he knows how difficult they are to get hold of. Can't wait to see his reaction, it'll be the first Christmas in a long time that he will be so excited to receive a gift. His other option was an expensive tracksuit so he's expecting that I guess.
It's also just us three for Christmas so I'm looking forward to him and Dh playing fifa (or whatever it is these days) in the front room while I sit back and drink bubbles watching them Smile

A chess set for my 13 year old.

He just has a travel set just now, which is tiny, and he said he'd like a full sized set. He's really got his wish as I really can’t imagine the size of things in my head, iykwim. So the 21” board is way bigger than I anticipated 😂 Got him cool chess pieces too. Thankfully the pieces are large too so will look good on the board. He'll just need Inspector Gadget arms to move them. Grin

Just need to figure out how to display/wrap it!

Frozen Lego for the 7 year old and Apple watches for the 12 and 14 year old. All funded by my in-laws who decided we'd had a shit year (we have obvs but also financially for us) and sent us a substantial "Xmas bonus" as were calling it to treat us all so that's the kids gifts from them!

Actually we got the older 2 echo shows in the sale, I think they'll love them too!

Believe it or not I'm most excited about my 7 yo opening a soft toy! (after years of secretly curating her extensive collection by adding one or two to the bin bag every week!)

She's obsessed with a you tuber called Moriah, so it's from her merch range and been pretty hard to get hold of. DD thinks she can't have it at all as it's an American store. Must have been lucky getting online at the right time.

DD2 is just about to turn 3, so at the age of finally understanding what it's all about. Absolutely can't wait to see her face Xmas morning- we managed to get the 'Elsa Castle', that she has been in love with for months, at a very good price from Amazon, so she has a few extra treats as well ☺️ x

DS is super geeky about history.
I got him some cool toy weapons from the English Heritage shop. Flail, Morning star and Neolithic Spear. I like that they do a range of styles and periods not just the same old "Knights sword and shield" set.

DD wants a Barbie Dream House. I got her a massive Kidicraft doll house. Bit of a risk but I think it's better than the branded one. It'll Ave the wow factor when it's all set up and wrapped.

My DD is at her dad's 23rd till 27th, I'm doing her a surprise Harry Potter bedroom makeover with a new cabin bed that I said I'd never buy her as it's too expensive. I plan to wrap her bedroom door for when she gets home. I can't wait, she has new everything and I'm excited to put it together and see her reaction

My DS3 is going to love his giant box of construction themed kinetic sand

I’ve got DD 6 the LOL super surprise and she’s going to be so excited. She asked for the winter chalet ages ago so when the super surprise came out I told her she’d have to wait for her birthday next year to get it. I can’t wait to see her face when she opens it.

I can't remember what I've bought... hopefully ds2 will love his scooter as he jealous of big broths bike that he's just had for his birthday. DS1 I'm not sure - he's asked for Ryan toys figures which I've begrudgingly bought (£10 Amazon voucher helped...) So hopefully he'll be pleased with those. Last year he loved the little animal bath gels in his stocking so hopefully he's as easily pleased this year.
