It’s nearly December, Father Christmas is busy putting the final touches to his toys on the workshop and we are busy elves preparing for a somewhat different Christmas this year.

please post any bargain info IN BOLD to make it easier to scroll through the thread.

To make things bold you:
Put a star each side of what you want to make bold like this but without the space between the star and the writing *

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Here’s Barbarara’s instructions from last year on doing clicky links:

Close double square brackets

Like this
[[www.amazingbargains.com bargain ]] but with no space after/before the brackets.
If I do it again without the extra spaces only the word bargain will appear in blue

For more links etc see message 2

If any link doesn’t work or you want to add something please let me know by @ing me Thanks

snowmanshoes · 27/11/2020 10:23

Sorry if already posted but...

The North Face has 20% off anything £175 and over and 25% off anything £300 or over

Just thought I’d post in case anyone was looking as they are often excluded from departments store deals (although bits have been included in the ASOS sale this time)

Only on for the weekend

Also

2 for £10 on quite a few diaries and calendars

How useful these are, remain to be seen, but let’s hope we’ll all have packed diaries in 2021!!!!

snowmanshoes · 27/11/2020 10:24

The diaries and calendars are on Amazon

FireflyGirl · 27/11/2020 10:25

@Lovemusic33 EMP are good for geeky clothing/accessories.

Their tshirts cost more than Qwertee at full price, but they also do dresses/hoodies/earrings and they do good discounts, and also have free delivery over £10 today.

AndddddHerewegoagain · 27/11/2020 10:27

To anyone who missed the Nintendo switch deal at tesco they have them on Ebay (brand new from reputable shop with lots of reviews) for £239. I know its an extra £10 but might help someone out?

Theonlyoneiknow · 27/11/2020 10:28

Still holding out a glimmer of hope for a Smyths code!

SomethingInTheWaySheCooks · 27/11/2020 10:30

Decathlon has the Fitbit Inspire for £39.99. Note it’s not the 2.

SomethingInTheWaySheCooks · 27/11/2020 10:30

Still trying to see if there is any generic code somewhere that would cover the Apple Watch!

HawkinsLab · 27/11/2020 10:31

Seen on Facebook Up to 99% off Pretty Little Thing here

Sort Low > High to see cheapest prices.

There are loads of things 5p, 10p etc. and loads under £1 so some huge bargains! Really good especially if you have teen/young adult girls to buy for, love their stuff.

yafilthyanimalandahappynewyear · 27/11/2020 10:32

Character.com has £5 off a £30 spend this weekend.

FizzyPink · 27/11/2020 10:32

Disappointed in only 15% off Hotel Chocolate. I was hoping for the salted caramel vodka but it’s still quite expensive as it’s just an extra present. Don’t suppose anyone has seen any bargainous?

catwithflowers · 27/11/2020 10:33

Thanks for the National Trust free postage and the calendar suggestion. I just bought it for my dad 😊

FireflyGirl · 27/11/2020 10:35

Couple of good deals on Amazon:

VTech Toot-Toot Friends Moonlight Campervan £18.69, down from £37. Previous best price £24.99 according to CCC.

Play-Doh Wheels Tow Truck Toy £5.99 from £10.99. Usually £10.97 according to CCC.

Fred56 · 27/11/2020 10:37

natural history museum has 50% of toys some lovely gifts included

Fred56 · 27/11/2020 10:38

the drop store has different offers from last time on gin, vodka and whisky

SpamIAm · 27/11/2020 10:38

Thanks @Pawpawpaws :) Turns out I actually must have succeeded in closing my account previously so managed to get a new customer discount instead.

£50 off at Very for new credit accounts with code QYYFL

Or if spending less that £150 you can use QYYHP for £25 off

Just got myself an iPhone SE for £330 instead of £400. Very pleased!

SpamIAm · 27/11/2020 10:39

There's also 10-20% off for new credit accounts at very with WELCOME. Might work out better if you're buying something expensive.

RaggieDolls · 27/11/2020 10:44

I know the Lego Harry Potter clock tower is on an amazing reduction at Argos but I'm after the Astronomy Tower. I don't suppose anyone has seen any good deals on that please?

HawkinsLab · 27/11/2020 10:47

The Athletic have a 12 month subscription for £1 a month

I absolutely love the Athletic, they have brilliant coverage of every sport and a dedicated reporter for pretty much every team. They’re fairly new and when they set up, they went and recruited the most well-respected journalist for each team. They post really interesting and different pieces too.

MaltbyMaeve · 27/11/2020 10:48

Thank you so much @Turnedouttoes for the Laithwaites bargain - i couldn't get it to 50 but got the deal and free gift for £65 which i thought was a bargain.

PinkJam · 27/11/2020 10:49

Does anyone know of a free delivery code for Bettys?

I was hoping they would do one for Black Friday but haven’t seen anything.

FizzyPink · 27/11/2020 10:51

@MaltbyMaeve

Thank you so much *@Turnedouttoes* for the Laithwaites bargain - i couldn't get it to 50 but got the deal and free gift for £65 which i thought was a bargain.
No worries!

For anyone else interested, for the £50 offer you also need to select the subscription at the check out (which you then cancel once it’s arrived)
I did check with my friend who is very into wine and works in a wine bar and he said it’s excellent quality wine as well as being a bargain!

Chocolateteabag · 27/11/2020 10:59

Help - someone make a decision for me:

Eufy 30S £153 or Eufy 15C £180
Cheaper or more suction??

I am in BF panic!

buckeejit · 27/11/2020 11:02

@Chocolateteabag I'm trying to decide the same thing 🥴

Elpheba · 27/11/2020 11:05

Thanks @Turnedouttoes I missed your comment about the subscription so only got mine down to £65 but I’m happy with that for such good wine & the magnum/tumblers. Needed to restock.
To save hunting through- it was the laithwaites mega bundle [wine bundle www.laithwaites.co.uk/product/Bestsellers-Super-mix-Mega-Deal/M12634]
Code 30LWQ2
