Tesco Delivery Pass Xmas slots reminder

If you have a delivery pass with Tesco, you'll be able to book a Xmas slot tomorrow (13th) at 7am

You can only book one slot for the week starting 21st December and there's a 95 item limit.

I think non-delivery pass holders get to book on the 20th but check your emails from Tesco

Approaching an hour of waiting too. The screen keeps flickering every so often as if it's going to let me in!

This is starting to feel a bit like the Ocado queues in lockdown. Where you'd be queueing for ages, then they'd do something to the website and clear down the queue but not tell you!!

Just trying to add some things to my delivery this week and been queuing for an hour. Can't wait any more-have to take kids to school. Will go somewhere else now- Tesco you have lost my shop this week.

I think they changed from midnight to 7am during covid, I was up at midnight every night trying to get my mum a slot and struggled every night
When they brought in the priority slots the release changed to 7am

I was on my app on data not WiFi and hit on that, laptop and kindle didn’t get on the site at all
I was in a queue from about 640 though was online from 545 when I woke up 🙈, got on the site around 704
I got a slot the day I wanted but not time

If everyone getting through is booking multiple delivery slots then if we ever do get through there wont be anything left at all for dec. V annoying. We have priority access and delivery pass and cant get on . Been on an hour now.

Yup doing it for me too. Highly annoying as I keep thinking 'here we go' then the disappointment hits for the millionth time.

I just got through and all slots were available to me, booked for the 23rd. So relieved!

What’s annoying is there doesn’t seem to be any order to who they let in. Some people are in and checked out, while others are still waiting after well over an hour.

Oh for the love of god I am still in the queue. I have had to get DH to do the school run though, so it's not all bad.

After waiting 30 minutes in the queue on the app I signed in using the online system and was on in minutes! Got the slot I wanted

And the red T does a little somersault.....

Been in a queue for an hour now.

I got thru on the website rather than any app - maybe that's the difference, maybe it's the app that is getting overloaded?

Glad you got your slot though.

Admittedly I wasn’t super organised and opened the app at 7:07am. Still in queue and will have to give up now. Already extremely behind getting kids ready for school etc. If the 7am is deliberate to manage demand then I guess I understand that. If they just thought 7am was a good idea then I am really unimpressed. Absolutely terrible time!

Sigh. still waiting, an hour now. This is the Glastonbury ticket buying experience all over again. Although at least by now I would have been put out of my misery.

I find that the website lets me in well before the app when there's a queue.
