Tesco Delivery Pass Xmas slots reminder

If you have a delivery pass with Tesco, you'll be able to book a Xmas slot tomorrow (13th) at 7am

You can only book one slot for the week starting 21st December and there's a 95 item limit.

I think non-delivery pass holders get to book on the 20th but check your emails from Tesco

Been in the queue for 50 mins and have to leave for work in a minute. Not impressed!

Losing the will to live - nearly an hour now!

In the queue since 6.55.

Never done the Christmas queueing before as we've only been getting deliveries since Covid and shielding, but 7am seems a ridiculous time for this - wrangling kids and getting ready for school/work at the same time.

This is so annoying, people who joined the queue after me got through so why am I still queuing?

Also, 7am is a stupid bloody time to do this - should have stuck to midnight

Having been in the queue for nearly an hour now, I'm feeling pretty hopeless!! And the app looks completely dead - although the screen says I'm in a queue...

Christ, I've had enough. That's the guts of a hour. I've a bloody life to live. Going to get on with it now. Pizza for Christmas dinner. Yay

I'm guessing that's the point - it's crazy enough even at midnight on a normal year. I'm guessing that they just wouldn't be able to cope with the traffic this year so chose a difficult time.

I'm on my third black coffee. Losing the will..... I guess that's what Tesco are hoping for!

Yeah that's what I was thinking surely all these different devices are just adding more to the queue

Still waiting here, have to get the kids ready for school as well now. I much prefer the midnight slot opening, all that happens there is I am tireder the next day!

Well that was a nightmare. In the queue since 6.45. I was having problems getting the slot to show as green booked even though it was saying available. I ended up going Into the flexible slot option which worked so if anyone is having the same issues try that. It then took 5 attempts to check out. I just waited it out. I know from experience not to press 'back' on the browser. I have done that before and ended up back in the queue 😱. Good luck ladies.
