Thread 11 - the one where everyone keeps writing the bargain info *in bold*

Reastie · 07/10/2020 16:22

Just keeping the title similar should anyone have missed the last title and info.

NEW INFO PLZ READ
**please post any bargain info IN BOLD to make it easier to scroll through the thread.

To make things bold you:
Put a star each side of what you want to make bold like this but without the space between the star and the writing *

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Close double square brackets

Like this
[[www.amazingbargains.com bargain ]] but with no space after/before the brackets.
If I do it again without the extra spaces only the word bargain will appear in blue

@MostIneptThatEverStepped

Can anyone tell me which Kukubird items the SECRETS2 discount applies to? 😊
Hello, scroll down the home page, on the left is the Exotic Secrets box with 2for £5, click on it! I’ve ordered some test, looking forward, thanks to OP

WARMER10 for £10 off a cashmere neck warmer at turtledoves up to 3 per customer and can choose colour. I've picked up a couple as can double for a mask over winter by pulling up over face and a nice option for cold weather

PinkDaydreams · 08/10/2020 07:11

Can I ask how do you see the Amazon offers on the app? For example I can't see any mention of the small business offer currently running. Also a poster last night has mentioned a £5 off offer too. I click on my home page and the only thing there is the prime dates. Thank you!

Emma10702 · 08/10/2020 07:27

Minecraft pyjamas in primark also if you are near a store. Nabbed some for my daughters birthday

Feministschool · 08/10/2020 07:34

@passremarkable

home bargains had nice candle in pic - really big unboxed but triple wick, looked expensive if you missed out on the wax lyrical. It was £7.99

They also have these fake indoor snowballs for £3.99 these were a massive hit with everyone last year and will be brought our every year ad infinitum

Oh my god I need to step away from the Internet. I thought they were penis candles.

They are reindeer. Reindeer. Not penises.

ClaraLane · 08/10/2020 07:53

20% off at White Stuff with code AUTUR36VH

SuperLoudPoppingAction · 08/10/2020 07:55

The amazon offers displayed in Google chrome for me. From the home page, when you click on the prime days banner. They don't show in the app for me.

WisestIsShe · 08/10/2020 07:58

@PinkDaydreams. I've just been looking for them. There's £10 if you set your main card to a MasterCard. I just opened the app and kept scrolling down, it was there eventually.
The £5 off a £25 spend I found by clicking on the prime day banner and it was the second or third thing down.

Today only: Dibor upto 50% off bar ware might be useful for anyone doing a hamper.

Twilightstarbright · 08/10/2020 08:13

@Feministschool I thought that too!

Flippityjibbits · 08/10/2020 08:20

I was wondering how do the prime day offers compare to black Friday? I have joined prime so that I can access the prime day deals but I'm not sure when the best time to buy will be. I'm hoping for some good Lego offers either on a big vehicle build or the Lego boost set.

Also I'm new to this thread this year and want to thank everyone so far for helping me make a big bargainous dent in my Christmas shopping.

TheGriffle · 08/10/2020 08:28

Well I joined Prime for a 30 day trial a few days ago and have taken advantage of the £10 on a small business credit and then I found the £5 off a £25 spend so I’ve bought a lovely little tea set for dd2 and 3 boxes of the Lindt balls and a box of 64 Ferraro rocher to use in stockings for just over £21 with the fiver off.

peasando · 08/10/2020 08:32

Thanks @AlbertCampion for the book suggestion, ordered for DS who loves that sort of thing. But doesn't need any more presents, argh!

For pp who was looking for Milky Bar advent calendars, Asda had some in stock yesterday.

Luxplus · 08/10/2020 08:37

For ppl looking for miraculous clothes, then our lidl has underwear leggings and shirts with the motive on. Might come to our lidl too.

Anydreamwilldo12 · 08/10/2020 08:37

@Jfw82 I've just tried to use your Turtle doves code on a neckwarmer (decided to treat myself)but it says not valid. Do you know when it's supposed to be valid till please?

TheGriffle · 08/10/2020 08:39

@Luxplus do you mean miraculous ladybug?

Jfw82 · 08/10/2020 08:44

@Anydreamwilldo12 try going through link below as it went through for me when I went through this page

www.turtle-doves.co.uk/products/signature-cashmere-neckwarmer-discount-shown-at-checkout

AndddddHerewegoagain · 08/10/2020 08:47

Also thought it was a penis candle 🙈🙈

Here's my offering.. I've ordered these and recieved them and they're decent quality ( definitely not £30 worth however!!)

Anydreamwilldo12 · 08/10/2020 09:04

@Jfw82 Eee it's driving me crazy. Thank you for the link. When I follow the link it shows with the tenner off but then when I go to checkout it's just giving me free delivery. I'll keep trying thankyou.

EvilHerbivore · 08/10/2020 09:06

Who was looking for sausage dog things? Just saw ruin Debenhams and thought it was cute

Anydreamwilldo12 · 08/10/2020 09:08

Oops not free delivery just a £2.90 discount. Am I being thick😂

lolarabbit · 08/10/2020 09:12

@Anydreamwilldo12 The turtledoves £10 offer comes when you sign up as 'a friend' - it's only valid for 24 hours and unfortunately they are giving the discount off the gloves rather than neck warmer at the moment! I wanted a neck warmer too. If anyone finds it changes back to neck warmers please let me know - I may sign up with DH email😁

Anydreamwilldo12 · 08/10/2020 09:15

@lolarabbit thankyou, I thought I was losing my mind.haha. I've already signed up with two different emails trying to get it. Hopefully they will come back on offer again.

PinkDaydreams · 08/10/2020 09:33

Managed to find the £10 small businesses, thank you!
Unfortunately I have a list of car cleaning products and children's books I want to purchase but none of it is in the offer! Never mind.
