Went to bed early and had a solid 8hrs. Full of cold this morning, though. DH is just as bad. We're a couple of sneezy, snivelling wrecks.🤧🤧🤧
Still raining.
I managed to finish my deckchairs cross stitch - I'll take a photo later.
Not sure which to do next. I might do the ginger cat wedged in the holly wreath 😹

Off to get dc flu spray thing. They're not doing it in the surgery this year, instead they've commandeered a school to enable social distancing. After that Dh has to travel and will be away for the next week.

I'm dreading my exam tomorrow I just can't take the pressure and my mind goes blank. I did a practice earlier and just ended up crying which wasn't really a good use of my time.

Wreck l am sure you can do really well in the exam let be try not to worry about it, easier said than done l know. I am sure you will be fine 😃

Wreck, can you try to release the stress before you start? I had a huge cry before my driving test, and it worked wonders in getting rid of the pent-up stress. Can you have a good cry / scream beforehand? They also say that a really good stretch above your head helps release stress.

We had a letter about DD's flu vaccination this week. She'll have it in school (as will DS). I think his is next month.

Boots, I had a coldy-thing this week. Not sure how you get a cold when you rarely leave the house, but never mind. I'm feeling better today, so should be able to run tomorrow.

I'm back from the allotment. I'm tired. I cleared 2 beds and dug them over. One now has onion seeds in and the other has winter cabbage seedlings I was given. Forgot to water them in, however. 🙄 At least the soil is wet!

Not sure I'll have time fluffy as I've got to leave at 7am to get there in time. My heart rate has been over 100 most of the day. I'm really struggling

Only thing that works for me when I'm like that Wreck is to walk away and do something physical (walk / yoga / even housework) with music playing loudly. Have something to drink and eat, get away for a bit then go back to it.

We've just come back from walking the dog. DH is jumping in the bath so I'm going to make Pom poms for my cushion - my lovely friend bought me a Pom Pom maker

Crazy, my sports bra is from Next - front fastening - and it's awesome. My boobs are kept very still indeed in their cage! 😂

Crazy I got a great one, like Fluffy that zips up at the front. It was Nike and it was so comfortable. I wonder where it went to.

I don't think anything sports bras in next will fit me (big boobs here) but I'll have a look.
The one I had was from Amazon but it was a nightmare to get on and off and didn't do a great job so I need a decent one.

I'm just jumping in the bath. My ankle has swollen back up after going down this morning thanks to the walk and DH is annoying me so I'll be leaving him downstairs watching some sport or another and cross stitch in bed instead.
