An article on the net says Argos are starting their pre orders on Friday so may be worth trying at midnight or very early morning. Amazon usually take the initial orders and then open up more later on as I’ve managed to get new tech that way before.

Just for anyone who ordered from Dunedin after being concerned that only half my order arrived but with packing slip listing everything the rest has arrived today (no shipping notification or anything) and order complete. Am so pleased with all of it

Il be trawling all the sites tonight too then for ps5. Some people advertising them on ebay for 1500 already 😭. Doesnt help when need 2. Have 2 controllers on order, no computer to play on though lol

For those who want PS5s the curry's stores are taking pre-orders in n store. It's a separate order system so they still have stock. I managed to get 2 as needed for son and a friend. Only £5 deposit too.

Been shopping to Matalan and Home bargains this morning. Disappointed that there was no Xmas stick out in Matalan. However they had some fab deals on toys:

My DS got some black skechers in sports direct recently that were fairly bargainous.

DH wants a PS5 and has been saving his birthday money up for one, really tempted to put the rest of the money towards it for him but think he’ll tell me off 😬 Plus he still hasn’t decided if he wants a PS5 or the new Xbox.

On the PS5 - do you need to order the hand controls separately? No idea on this type of stuff but said I’d get it for DH if I can (he’s hard to buy for)

I am still looking for an oodie that will fit my very small 10yr old DD. Any of the ones I've looked at are adult sizes and would be absolutely huge on her. I may give up and get a dressing gown instead, but I know she would love an oodie type one if possible.

My 11 yo DD has an oodie, she lives in it. It comes down to just under her knees! Oodies have cuffed sleeves so the arms won't roll down either!

My local Asda seem to have all of a sudden packed up all the summer stuff as one day it was there at full price and the next it was gone, replaced with the toy roll back sale stuff!
