Thank you @nickdrakeslovechild for thread title.

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Name of link

Close double square brackets

Like this
[[www.amazingbargains.com bargain ]] but with no space after/before the brackets.
If I do it again without the extra spaces only the word bargain will appear in blue

And thanks to @stressbucket1 for the Look Fantastic deal!

JuiceyBetty · 30/08/2020 18:43

@BeingLonely

For anyone that may have missed the weighted blankets, EBay are doing ones. Different colours available and prices are similar

Sorry I can’t link

Thanks for this, I've ordered one.

Weighted blanket link

£32 for a massive 8kg one seems brilliant value!

stressbucket1 · 30/08/2020 18:45

I honestly have no idea what is in the boxes just thought it was worth a gamble. Will update when they arrive. I am hoping beauty products and or make up

Scoleah · 30/08/2020 18:52

Sorry didn't realise the eBay ones were teddy fleece, that's even better!
sorryiasked · 30/08/2020 19:08

heyland & whittle have a70% off clearance sale (soap, diffusers etc)
Haven't used them before but good reviews.

Ewock · 30/08/2020 19:19

Thanks for the weighted blanket link. I've ordered the middle sized one they look so comfy. I have anxiety at times and had been thinking of getting one as a friend recommended them but missed the Amazon offer so this is great.

workingfortheclampdown · 30/08/2020 19:35

You can see what was in previous look fantastic beauty boxes on the website if you're on a laptop, can't find the link on my phone though!

AintOverUntilTheCatLadySings · 30/08/2020 19:37

My amazon weighted blanket has been an actual game changer. Cured my awful pregnancy insomnia in one night. Best purchase I've made all year.

NaturalBlondeYeahRight · 30/08/2020 19:49

@Ewock last year it was a real mixture, some make up, beauty products and bath stuff. Some full size, some samples. Obviously what they have left at the end of year so could be anything. There was a good amount in it though - well over £10 of stuff.

CupoTeap · 30/08/2020 19:52

Thanks for the beauty boxes tip.

Question about weighted blankets, can they be used all night?

Elskerdeg · 30/08/2020 19:54

I swear Topcashback had a £20 back offer on the look fantastic mystery boxes. Sounds too good to be true so please check I'm right

Ewock · 30/08/2020 19:55

NaturalBlondeYeahRight that sounds great. Definitely worth it. Thank you

WisestIsShe · 30/08/2020 19:59

@Elskerdeg my beauty boxes tracked at 60p!

PatchworkElmer · 30/08/2020 20:00

A friend’s son wants a mini drone for Christmas... all the ones I can find are about £20. If anyone comes across a deal, I’d be really grateful!

Bluewavescrashing · 30/08/2020 20:01

I think the weighted blankets are safe to use at night if you have the right weight for you (no more than 10% of your body weight) and you have no strength issues, eg muscle wasting which would prevent you pulling it off yourself. Last night I slept under mine and slept for 12 hours straight... DH had to wake me at 10am! I'm usually awake between 3am and 5am.

PathOfLeastResitance · 30/08/2020 20:02

The Vans website has some great reductions in the sale area plus an extra 10% off this weekend with EXTRA10.

Hi everyone! I’ve name changed but normally on these threads! Habitat currently has their 25% off , I’ve been waiting for it for home stuff for ages so thought I’d share!
Also wondered if anyone knows where to get some bargainous toy storage? It’s for my nephew, he’s 4 and they’ve recently relocated and have no furniture for his room. It’s for September birthday! Thanks so much!

CupoTeap · 30/08/2020 20:22

Thanks @Bluewavescrashing I knew there were some things to remember about them, that sounds like it really worked for you, do you think it helped with dropping off as well?

Bluewavescrashing · 30/08/2020 20:23

Definitely. It's very calming 😊

chocolatepudandchocolatesauce · 30/08/2020 20:23

@WisestIsShe I got 60p too!!

LostMyRubySlippers · 30/08/2020 20:28

I think the £20 TCB on the beauty boxes is only if you’re taking out a 12 month subscription

Soubriquet · 30/08/2020 20:35

I don’t know if anyone would find these useful.

I’ve bought the Disney and marvel ones for my dc

storybook advent calenders

Awrite · 30/08/2020 20:43

I missed the Amazon weighted blanket offer but have ordered a Brentfords 6kg one. I figured I'd try out a cheap one and invest in an expensive one if it's halfway good.

I'll feedback once I've tried it out.

luckiestgirl · 30/08/2020 20:54

I’m loving my Amazon weighted blanket and I too slept 12 hours last night (that’s not unusual for me though, but it is lovely and soothing! I’m autistic and respond really well to the extra sensory input of something heavy on top of me)
