Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Like this
[[www.amazingbargains.com bargain ]] but with no space after/before the brackets.

@Mumto3thatsme have you bought from them before? It says items can be ex display, returns, second hand or damaged but I've clicked on a few and there's no indication of any details. I'm not arsed at all about ex display etc but I'd like to know if there's damage and if so what (scratches, fine, broken lid, not so fine).

tentative3 · 25/08/2020 09:28

I got £10 off £10 spend, the 15% and the tote bag. I want percy pigs!

ScorpioSphinxInACalicoDress · 25/08/2020 09:32

I always forget to check my Sparks.
They make me very cross- I am in Italy so can't use Sparks offers if delivered here. I have to have two separate sodding accounts. Every other retailer on the planet is cool with sending stuff but oh no, not M&S.

I haven’t, but have had recommendations from friends who have. I’m on the lookout for big appliances and will collect from our local auction centre. That’s the thing, it is the risk you take unfortunately,

InDreamland · 25/08/2020 09:46

@Raindancer411 Dust and Things do chopping boards, cheese boards, coasters, photo frames, mugs etc ........can be plain or personalised. Sorry, I should've said in my OP, had to type fast with wriggly baby.

InDreamland · 25/08/2020 09:49

Not for everyone but if you have a baby to buy for, especially about to start weaning, I can recommend the Bibado. For today only, until 8pm they have 50% off. Screenshot attached with the code you need to use but if you can't see it it's SUMMER6.

20% cashback at WHSmith via Quidco today (it'll decline if you use a discount code on top though).

Acunningruse · 25/08/2020 10:01

Was someone looking for a toddler dressing table/vanity unit? Not sure how sturdy this is but found it on Yankee bundles.

Does anyone know if there's a discount code for Yankee bundles please? Thanks!

TWITTER10 get another 10% off Dust and Things. Including sale items.

Thegirlhasnoname · 25/08/2020 10:59

Well I thought I was done but just had it confirmed that Hermes have “lost” my JL gin (I reckon one of the drivers had a tipple at home instead!) so back on the hunt for something for BIL.

Leapfrog ice cream cart came this morning too - despite selecting delivery tomorrow when toddler DD is at nursery! - and thankfully it came in an amazon box so she can’t spot it and want to play with it on this rainy day. The animal sticker books came too and they are bigger than I thought so will definitely look more substantial than they were to my bank account 😁

nickdrakeslovechild · 25/08/2020 11:16

Did anyone else buy the pink Faux fur snood from Lisa Agnel? I thought it would be good for my 20year old DN. But.... I tried it on and now cant get the image of a pink fluffy foreskin out of my mind. aagghhh do I give it anyway? Looking at on it online it does look very willy like.

Themostwonderfultimeoftheyear · 25/08/2020 11:32

Did someone ask about use by dates on the whittards sale hot chocolate? Checked mine and they expire in 2022 :)

BoomyBooms · 25/08/2020 11:35

@nickdrakeslovechild you have made my day Grin

FrolickingLemon · 25/08/2020 11:36

Pink fluffy foreskin sounds like a great name for the next thread. Or for anyone considering a name change?

For what it's worth, @nickdrakeslovechild I think it looks lovely and cosy. But now you've planted the seed, yup it looks like a furry foreskin. Gift it anyway, but say nothing and hope she just thinks its lovely!

sorryiasked · 25/08/2020 11:57

@nickdrakeslovechild could you possibly get her this to complete the look? Grin

InDreamland · 25/08/2020 12:32

@Themostwonderfultimeoftheyear I did, thank you. Placed my order yesterday and included tea and tins of biscuits hoping they'll also have a long date on.

InDreamland · 25/08/2020 12:33

@nickdrakeslovechild that's hilarious. Can't say I thought of that until you mentioned it. I say give it anyway and hope she doesn't see what you see.

ClaraLane · 25/08/2020 12:35

Heads up folks - Aldi wooden toy event is online from 18th October and in store from 22nd October. If you have the Aldi app you can set it to send you reminders when stock goes live for ordering.

TheDrsDocMartens · 25/08/2020 12:39

Don’t want to go in shops except for my local ones so I’m up for online offers this year.
Anything Dr Who would be good. No idea on anything else 😫

IggyAce · 25/08/2020 12:51

Just ordered a cheeseboard from dust & things, I signed up to the mailing list and got a free personalised key ring worth over £6. So that’s a stocking filler for DH.

Wtfdidwedo · 25/08/2020 13:00

Does anyone have a discount for Character.com by any chance? I normally have 10 or 20% off when I order with them but haven't had anything through for a while. I like to stock up on garish PJs from them!

Bluewavescrashing · 25/08/2020 13:02

Pink Fluffy foreskin 😂

GarlicSoup · 25/08/2020 13:03

@DaisyChops

Not sure how but I got £25 off a £25 spend at M&S, the free tote bag, 15% off and free Percy pigs!
You’re just showing off now Grin
PatchworkElmer · 25/08/2020 13:10

@EvilHerbivore that’s a great deal on the vet set! It’s gone back in price now, but I’ll keep an eye to see if it reduces again 🤞

Oh @sorryiasked that would be a great combo for one of those love to hate relatives and have great fun deciding on the initials!
