I can’t get the John Lewis code to work :( I’m also trying to purchase gin!!

I used the John Lewis code yesterday but had to be logged in for it to work

@AndddddHerewegoagain I logged in, also used the app, not sure if that made a difference! I have a myjohnlewis card on the account Too!

@PinkDaydreams you have to sign up for a myjohnlewis card which is free then the code works

My JL code only gave me £5.99 off...but better than nothing! Thanks for code.

Just spoke to customer services at JL and they are aware of the problem of the code not working properly apparently. I've been advised that I should place my order, pay the full price and then e-mail customer services who will then refund the £10. Hope that helps anyone trying to get their tenner!

The JL code is a bit of a mystery. I had a cushion and some wrapping paper in my basket and it gave me a £4 discount. Removed those and added the £10 sipsmith gin and it gave me a £10 discount. Tried it with a JM candle and the code didn’t work at all 🤔

I couldn't get the smart plug deal last year and can't this year either. I have prime so that's not it. Annoying.

Another thanks for the JL code. I think it will only allow the discount off one item- so if you have 2x £5 items it will only take £5 off, but one £10 item it will take £10 off

I also bought a Swarovski pen but from Swarovski direct in their sale.

In the yankee bundle site sale I originally bought 2 sets of the liqueure chocolates (2 boxes in each set for £10) in both the coffee and cocktail versions which arrived yesterday and look so impressive that I nabbed one of each and gave them to my husband to wrap for my birthday next week and went straight back to yankeebundles and ordered another set of each to replace them lol

Finally made it work for gin set for delivery cost. I was signed in but not signed up for the ‘card’. Paid with paypal balance so dh can’t see I’m shopping again 😂

Anyone buying the sipsmith gin for allergy sufferers - be aware that the orange & cacao one has ground almonds in.

I’m looking for something like a dry robe fort sister who lives to swim in the sea. I’m not fussy about the brand but want something warm and snuggly for her post swim. Would love some recommendations!
