Sorry, not caught up at all with last thread because of a germy family. I’m figuring this will be the thread with Christmas on though!

No links etc because I’m figuring you know it all now and we’re so nearly there!

Happy Christmas everyone 🎄☃️❄️🎅🏻

@PinkDaydreams Dd got me one of those head massagers in primark, only 80p. Comes in a little plastic tube so was easy to miss, she said it was next to the make up and hair bits in the store.

@sorryiasked the reviews don't look good

@sorryiasked - thank you! Those Lakeland bags would be perfect - the right size and look. Hobbycraft idea good as well but I must really get the bags today. I was baking cookies last night (half of the night, actually) and planned to give them nicely bagged and ribonned to neighbours today. Praying now they will have the bags in my nearest Lakeland. Total panic, as it’s something I haven’t foreseen...

story cubes are down to £4 from £10 on amazon if anyone needs a last minute gift?

Ooh think I can finally contribute! If you go through topcashback you can get up to £15 spend refunded at waterstones. This includes delivery.

www.topcashback.co.uk/waterstones-promotions/

I just bought a dragon cuddly toy which came to less than £15 with delivery, then topcashback should refund me the whole cost.
Good for last minute books or stocking fillers.

Can anyone help? I’ve bought nephew a ‘steam’ voucher for Christmas for gaming. Just got it out to wrap and it’s just a bit of cardboard, no credit card attached. Is that right? I’ve never seen one before and it looks odd.

@Elskerdeg thanks for the Waterstones/TCB tip, just used it for a book for me!

@NaturalBlondeYeahRight
Does it have a code on it?

Report
Elskerdeg · 21/12/2019 10:57

@NaturalBlondeYeahRight
It should have a bit on the back that says scratch off here. Under that is a code which can be used online, no need for a cardSmile

@PinkDaydreams I saw the head massager yesterday in Tiger tiger or whatever it's called 😂

Report
PinkDaydreams · 21/12/2019 11:20

@Letstalkabout6 thank you but unfortunately I haven’t a tiger near me. I’ve given up! 2 hours looking for one in the shops and no joy. Serves me right for leaving it so late!

argh. DD has just asked for beats wireless headphones. the ones that wrap around your ear etc.

They look really expensive and the reviews don't seem that great. Also, how and when am I meant to get them at this stage?

She definitely doesn't want airpods.

Thank you! Unfortunately DH has the prime account and in don’t want him seeing it. :( never mind, it can go on the Christmas list for next year!

ThePurpleGirl · 21/12/2019 12:22

@PinkDaydreams if someone in the household has Prime they can share the benefits with other members of the household on their own accounts. I have it and have shared it with my DH so he can order stuff on Prime on his account and I don't see it. Ask your DH to add you!
