Sorry, not caught up at all with last thread because of a germy family. I’m figuring this will be the thread with Christmas on though!

No links etc because I’m figuring you know it all now and we’re so nearly there!

Happy Christmas everyone 🎄☃️❄️🎅🏻

I had a baileys hot choc this morning made with the Lavazza milk frother if that counts @mogtheexcellent?! I’ve had far too much prosecco and gin today, Christmas dinner didn’t happen! Luckily DH parents had made plenty for us to join in too! Lovely day. Thank you so much every one for all of the bargains! I’m now tucked up in bed ready for the soaps :)

Lc2006 · 25/12/2019 20:35

Merry Christmas everyone hope you've all had a lovely day Xmas Smile

SleeptightDaisy · 25/12/2019 20:41

Happy Christmas. Our hit off the day was the Melissa and Doug drinks dispenser DD loved it and even took it to Grandma's and grandads. Ds loved his Playmobil Roman gladiators bought via Playmobil sale mentioned on here.

NaturalBlondeYeahRight · 25/12/2019 20:47

Happy Christmas. My biggest hit for teen DD’s were the chilly’s bottles and the Tili QVC beauty box. Lots in there for the money. See you next summer!

Sixp · 25/12/2019 20:48

Merry Christmas everyone! For those who helped me choose a gift for my daughter, she loved her locket! It’s been a wonderful day ❤️🎄

SkintSanta · 25/12/2019 20:55

Merry Christmas everyone. It’s been a good year for the bargains, some big money off tickets, and only a few high street stores lost. Hampergeddon was amusing to say the least, and we all got our money back (I think?!). At least it provided some light entertainment as we got near the rush period.

Hurrah for Reastie and the bargain threads, and see you all the usual time next year.

Happy New Year to you all.

IfyoushouldmeetaCrocodile · 25/12/2019 21:32

Just popped in while sitting with DC as they nod off, to say thank you to everyone for all the tips, bargains and general chit chat. I've been on these threads for years now under various name and it really does feel like you guys have become virtual friends Xmas Smile Special thanks to @YuleAreBeingUnREASTIEable and @sideorderofchips but also to everyone else who takes the time to search, share and support. Sending very un-mumsnety hugs to you all and wishing you all a wonderful 2020.

ThatsMySantaHisBeardIsSoFluffy · 25/12/2019 22:14

Thank you to whoever recommended the spider twin pack and solar system lights, both from Argos. The spiders are a BIG hit (and shit, can they run FAST!) and I'm a massive fan of the lights as they're beautiful.

Smileatthesmallthings · 25/12/2019 22:24

First year in here but I'll definitely be back next year! Thank you for all the bargains and signposting to shops and items I would never have thought of! Melissa & Doug ice cream shop was the biggest hit of the day with my DS, and the Jacques alphabet puzzle for £1.82 was much loved by my nephew. Personalised gloves for grandma from Land's End and coffee bags and multiple Dr Botanical soaps for my wife... The list goes on!

Enjoy the rest of the festive season and good luck stoking up in the January sales!

Gosh, Natural Blonde, am I not grateful for your post!! I’ve been eyeing up V Westwood for such a long time and nothing was reduced. Thanks a million for your alert. Smile

MulberryPeony · 26/12/2019 09:11

That website looks a bit dodgy sorry @NaturalBlondeYeahRight

Jacopone · 26/12/2019 09:53

Indeed... t’was too good to be true..

NaturalBlondeYeahRight · 26/12/2019 10:01

Oh gawd, sorry guys. It popped up in the sale stuff online. I’ll ask for it to be deleted. Typical.

Lovemusic33 · 26/12/2019 10:01

Thank you everyone for the great thread/s.

Big hits here have been the whack a mole and the scratch art. Lego has gone well too and the playmobil all bought at bargain prices thanks to this thread.

Now to look at the sales...

Bansku19 · 26/12/2019 11:13

I went to see sales. Boots and Debenhams has their 50% off Xmas gifts. Loads of people buying sets, I assume, for next Xmas.

I could get something for dh for his bday in February. I went to body shop
got one set I wanted half price. I won't go as far as next Xmas though. This could have been last Xmas ds is into Lego. I got loads of Lego deals this year.

sideorderofchips · 26/12/2019 11:57

Banksu19

I buy gift sets but I know my girls will be into them next year. I also buy for birthdays through the year

sideorderofchips · 26/12/2019 12:13

Claire has got a good sale. Fluffy notebooks down to £5 each. Mugs down to £5

eliope · 26/12/2019 13:01

Thank you all for another year🎄the big hit was the Tea brew teapot. My my mum absolutely loved it. See you next year

torthecatlady · 26/12/2019 13:05

I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas? I've spent the last few days feeling really ill but finally starting to feel a little better.

Picked up a few things in the Superdrug Sale and a new bag for myself from Ollie & Nic to make me feel better. It was one I had my eye on for a few months and was reduced so very pleased. All online of course, can't face the shops in RL. Grin

YuleAreBeingUnREASTIEable · 26/12/2019 14:13

Echo show in Black Friday sale was huge hit with dd here. Haven’t got anything in sale yet, eek!

Merry Christmas everyone- thank you - lots of presents bought from this and all very well received Xmas Grin

CupoTeap · 26/12/2019 18:34

Ps the paper bags sealed with my personalised stickers were such a time saver, will defo do more of that next year!

Whattodowithaminute · 26/12/2019 19:33

The leapfrog ice cream cart has gone down a storm thank you so much! I agree with the bags for stocking presents too they were so helpful... I think I’m going to try for an amazon free January to give me (and my bank balance) time to recover... merry Christmas all

gaggiagirl · 26/12/2019 23:48

The Playmobil Roman arena I bought on last year's bargain threads was a massive hit as was the cheapo lcd or led drawing tablets, the kids have played with them to death.
