I'm honoured @YuleAreBeingUnREASTIEable

Jacopone · 10/12/2019 18:52

We have had raclette for years and like to use it in winter. I’ve found that often raclette cheese sold here is v disappointing and prefer to use Gruyere, Comte or Gouda or even mild cheddar. It’s such a satisfying experience, social and really easy. You can put anything: thin slices of salami, chorizo, mushrooms, peppers on top and then cheese in those little flat pans. Small boiled potatoes, bread on the side. And then slowly runny melting cheese on little of everything on your plate...

CupoTeap · 10/12/2019 18:53

Best threat title everGrin

Jacopone · 10/12/2019 18:55

Magnetic bookmarks (pack of 6/8 on Amazon to split)

Small cookie cutter
Scratchcards
Chocolates

eastmidswarwicknightnanny · 10/12/2019 19:19

Tesco also had some Lego movie sets half price

George22 · 10/12/2019 19:21

What tape have you all bought to go in your dispensers?

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 10/12/2019 19:30

Has annoying seen any bags that will go in microscooters (branded or otherwise) for £7 or under?

MsJuniper · 10/12/2019 19:31

Agh. DS really wants a Twisty Petz Cuddles. I held off in the hope he'd go off them as they are awful but they are still on his list and FC usually brings him one thing he knows I hate to keep the magic alive so thought this would be it.

Had a look and the Sloth version is the least offensive, but is out of stock online. No bargains on offer for any version as far as I can tell apart from a possibly dodgy eBay seller.

If anyone has any bright ideas or has seen them in store anywhere please let me know. They seem to go for about £15 but would love to pay less if possible!

Of course I am now considering buying a raclette so thanks for that Grin

imsorryiasked · 10/12/2019 19:39

@IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece £7.99?

TheBrockmans · 10/12/2019 19:52

Those in the family who like goat cheese loved goat cheese raclette too on holiday. Fortunately I secured one a few weeks ago. They were going slowly in our Aldi so I need not have dashed there as still quite a few the next week enjoyed the raclette hunt adrenaline rush though

DaisyChops · 10/12/2019 20:12

@MsJuniper I picked up a twisty petz cuddles in Argos yesterday, I think they had a few options as they asked if I was ok with the one they selected and I said yes as I couldn't really pick which one looked best as they all look a bit naff!

sepsisandAKI · 10/12/2019 20:12

Thanks for the raclette help everyone. I think @Jacopone has possibly helped with further sales after that description Xmas Grin
