Thank you @Unihorn for the title.

Everyone is so fast with the bargains! Came on yesterday to post about green and blacks on amazon. Today the lol offers in Argos and the JL sale! Fastest finger first!

Does anyone have a Boden code they can spare?

PinkJam · 17/12/2019 18:46

@eastmidswarwicknightnanny I think the same - they will definitely go the way of House of Fraser. Absolutely useless. And the item they sent me is worth much less than the one I actually ordered. I have spoken to them 3 times on the phone and they just don’t have a clue. One just couldn’t underhand what the issue was with me just waiting in for the courier who may or may not come any day this week to collect it?! Angry

Thehollyandtheirony · 17/12/2019 18:56

@pinkjam how frustrating. Debenhams will be going on the naughty list.

Wineandchoccy · 17/12/2019 18:56

@ Mistressiggi Poundland have clear and a spotty cellophane on a roll

ThePurpleGirl · 17/12/2019 19:01

@buffythevampireslayer91 thank you so much! I got a beautiful Hogwarts dress for DD who is 6 and recently discovered Harry Potter. Xmas Grin

Pannalash · 17/12/2019 19:36

If anyone has a Boden code they won't use, I would be very grateful thank you.

mammmamia · 17/12/2019 20:06

@BeaLola it was me who bought the Anker power bank after someone recommended it. Pleased with it so far. I bought Anker Astro ultra compact portable or something like that and it was £12.99 with £2 off at the time.

mammmamia · 17/12/2019 20:11

@FatimaLovesBread we’ve had Pure DAB radios in the past and John Lewis also seem to have a lot in their own brand

mammmamia · 17/12/2019 20:11

I’m sad about book people. I love going through their catalogue and I always buy something when they have a stall at my office.

Luxplus · 17/12/2019 20:11

@ToTheRegimentIWishIWasThere thanks. Will put in dds wishlist for birthday and look more in to it Grin

ineedto · 17/12/2019 20:26

Thanks @buffythevampireslayer91 . Unfortunately someone has used it before me Xmas Sad

BlueSkyAtChristmas · 17/12/2019 20:29

martha78 · 17/12/2019 20:38

@FatimaLovesBread we've just got a VQ monty Dab radio, it was a recommended best buy on which and it has a great sound, along with Bluetooth capability. I got it on black Friday for about £65 and I'm very impressed with it.

Fueledwithfairydustandgin · 17/12/2019 21:00

Where have people got their family Christmas pjs from please? I fell in love with some from next but it would have been £80 for 3 pairs of pjs which made my eyes water a bit Xmas Confused

dancemom · 17/12/2019 21:13

Primark for family Christmas pjs

wineoclockthanks · 17/12/2019 21:14

Not sure of your budget but Primark have family pjs - their window displays are actually quite cute.

MeanMrMustardSeed · 17/12/2019 21:48

Bought this earlier for £2 off Amazon. Said it would deliver 2-4 weeks away but thought it worth getting it and sticking it in the drawer. Just got an email saying it’ll deliver by 20 December! Might be worth a punt for a couple of quid.

weebarra · 17/12/2019 22:06

I was in Debenhams today taking a couple of dresses back (DS2 in hospital so missed my nights out!). I did buy DS1 some Xmas jammies but was shocked by how depressing it felt and how much was already on sale. I think that people are right and it'll be next to go.
Pity because I do like some of their clothing ranges.

BeaLola · 17/12/2019 22:15

1stMrsF , Mammmarnia thank you for info /details

Fantababy · 17/12/2019 22:21

I like Debenhams kids clothes and the store closest to us is always busy. We've got a voucher for the DDs for Christmas though that I'll be using ASAP just in case!

I second the Gin Dictionary MeanMrMustardSeed mentioned. I ordered it a couple of weeks ago and it’s absolutely lovely! Absolutely thrilled with it for £2! A lovely addition to a bottle of gin I’m gifting!

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 17/12/2019 22:57

Gosh that was an overuse of exclamation marks wasn’t it!

Youvegotafriendinme · 17/12/2019 23:17

@ SitOnSantasKnee555 I have a 15% off code somewhere. I can check for you tomorrow if you want?
