Good to hear the highland hamper people are refunding everybody. It's such a shame it fell through but at least people won't be out of pocket.

My husband loves Tokyo laundry clothes. I think they run on the smaller size just because shirts for example are a slimmer fit. So if between sizes, I would choose the bigger size.

Re Tokyo Laundry- DH is definitely a small but the S was OOS so I ended up with a Medium hoody and its perfect on him. I also got a t shirt that's a S and that's on the slim fit side.

Does anyone remember those Oliver Bonas Christmas tree oils that were a bargain in the summer? I’ve bloody lost mine! Had a photo frame in it too- looked everywhere but they’re not in my usual present stash places. This is what comes of bargain hunting too early!

Do you think highland company really will refund everyone? I hope so. I bought four.

@Grafittiqueen I’ve got my dd some circus type toys that look really bulky. In Argos they had a pogo ball in the two for £15 offer (I think it was £10 on its own) and I got a couple of things from amazon that were inexpensive. Stilt buckets I think they were called.

@ThatsMySantaHisBeardIsSoFluffy thank you. I managed to get a lovely reduced one as well as some backpacks I prefer to the hype ones and a lot cheaper as they were also reduced.

@Grafittiqueen I don’t know what age you need bulk for, but I’ve seen this in Hobbycraft for £6 or 3 for 2, and the box is massive. Must be almost a metre big box. Build and paint a giant t-Rex. Dinosaur one or mermaid one if I remember right

No refund for me from hgc! Had to raise a dispute via credit card but they've said they can't guarantee I'll get the money back. Serves me right for ordering hampers I didn't need then playing hamper chicken just for the drama!!

@LittleMousewithcloggson it was the TWS i12s that were being recommended a lot. They look and work like AirPods. Lots of different sellers with a range of prices. I haven’t bought any yet so I can’t help with a specific recommendation I’m afraid.

I've had my hamper money refunded despite not asking for a refund. Sure yours will all come through.

I've been real life shopping today and in Currys they have got the Fitbit ace 2 down to £49 and you get a free Google mini too.

Just a warning for anyone who has ordered/ is thinking about ordering from the book people - I ordered on 1 December and they haven’t dispatched yet 🙁. I called them to check what was happening and they said that they have had some problems. They reckoned it would be sent out soon but I’m going to be monitoring closely and calling again if no sign early next week.

I’ve bought loads in the past from them and had no problems but there seems to be a big backlog so may have problems receiving before Christmas if you order now.

I did two separate orders from highland hampers. One has been refunded but the other not. Hoping it comes through in the next couple of days.
