Thank you @Barbarara for the title!

@Tigger83 Kids Pass often have discounted cinema tickets, you can buy them as a voucher and they are valid for 6 months (or that was the case last time I did it!). Or try Groupon, they often do them too - again you give the person a voucher and they go online to book their choice of film.

Or if there is a Buyagift discount code you could buy this through them?

Happiness25 · 12/11/2019 11:02

Cath Kidston have just sent me a voucher.

FRIENDS 20 gets 20% off online or in person until Sunday 17th November.

starryeyedsnowgirl · 12/11/2019 11:02

If you or your partner work at any of these places that give you access to online benefits remember to use these. We can get cinema vouchers for about £6 and instant vouchers to use instore and online at loads of places like 5% off at john Lewis or b and q and places like that. It is just a lite here and there but really adds up.

So remember to look. Also as you effectively buy a gift card these often work in addition to online discount codes.

Happiness25 · 12/11/2019 11:03

FRIENDS20 - no gap between FRIENDS and 20.

Hi, DD has put the Duplo Disney Princess Frozen ice castle on her list to Santa and it’s the main present she’s put on there (other requests are small bits) but it seems to be around the £45 mark everywhere. Does anyone know anywhere it’s cheaper or a discount code for somewhere that sells it? Thanks Smile

Luxplus · 12/11/2019 11:19

Anyone kniw if any of the peppa pig toys are worth to buy? Dd2 wishes pretty much every single peppa pig toy Halloween Blush

Hutchkub · 12/11/2019 11:29

If anyone is looking for onesies for Christmas presents, Marks & Spencer are doing two for £25. If you are buying for older children they are usually £22 each so a good saving at £12.50 each.

Sux2buthen · 12/11/2019 11:29

@Luxplus we were given a load from a family member five years ago and despite almost daily use they are still going strong and have been added to. They are great because you can sell or donate after you're done with them as a lot of kids love peppa. I quite like the toys they are a bit different

thaegumathteth · 12/11/2019 11:35

If anyone has a M&S code I'd be very grateful!

CatLadyInTraining · 12/11/2019 11:36

Lots of Christmas stuff in the Aldi special buys, including some fun-sounding Christmas crackers (monopoly/cluedo etc) and hamper kits. You get free delivery if you spend over £20.

Can anyone recommend any nice, warm, smart-looking pashmina-style, single-colour scarves? There are too many to choose from on Amazon, and the reviews seem quite mixed.

Ratbagcatbag · 12/11/2019 11:37

@ZIGGY911 try splendor. It's a fab game I love it.
More card based but actually very competitive and fun to play.

Luxplus · 12/11/2019 11:47

@Sux2buthen thanks. So do you think starting with the family and car/house is a good start? Basically dd2 has decided she wishes all of them

Notlongnow1 · 12/11/2019 11:51

Lovehoney.co.uk/xmas19 will get you 20% off site wide

Sux2buthen · 12/11/2019 11:54

@Luxplus there is a peppa house on amazon usually 20 but they keep reducing it. Or there is a bigger house at Asda that keeps coming down. Asda Rebs to have regular offers on the sets in store. I'd recommend them for sure

Sux2buthen · 12/11/2019 11:55

@Luxplus this is what I'm getting

Bluewavescrashing · 12/11/2019 11:57

Bugger, I forgot to cancel my Freddie flowers subscription. So my mum is getting a second bouquet today! Ah well, I'm sure she will enjoy them.

Bargain of the day--12 candy canes for 79p from Home Bargains. My DCs are obsessed with them so they will finish off the stockings nicely. I'll donate the rest to the school fair 😇

Smelly50 · 12/11/2019 12:03

M and s vouchers . Valid from 14th November

Coldilox · 12/11/2019 12:17

DS5 has asked for a bunny onesie. Anybody seen one that is not too girly (I don’t mind but he’s beginning to notice these things 😢) Either a onesie with bunnies on or one that is like a bunny suit if that makes sense?

Also any other suggestions for a 5 year old boy? I’m struggling for inspiration. I’ve got a couple of Lego sets he wanted, a remote control transforming car, a few other little bits. Could do with a few more things, plus grandparents are after ideas too.

BelieveMeB · 12/11/2019 12:19

@Tigger83 I always buy a Leapfrog Scout £16 if I've got a baby to buy for. Everyone has loved them so far. If I remember correctly you add the babys name and it sings it.

AndddddHerewegoagain · 12/11/2019 12:19

@SingaporeSlinky i bought the lcd drawing pad from groupon. Very happy with it

recklessgran · 12/11/2019 12:23

If you've got a fair few book to buy Wordery has £5 off a £50 spend with the codeXMAS50. I've started using them instead of Amazon for all my book purchases as they usually undercut Amazon all be it by pennies but still.

PinkJam · 12/11/2019 12:24

Whittard of Chelsea have an online exclusive of a free trio (worth £36) when you spend £70 online. Code: SPREADJOY
