@catanddogmake6 I have those in the clothes drawers as had a problem with mould in there from the damp. I’m replacing them every 10 days.

Thank you to the pp for the WHSmith headsup. I've just bought enough Christmas wrapping paper (for the next 5 years 😂) my dh thought it was a great deal when I told him they were half price then 10% off. I may however not have told him exactly how many rolls I bought! In my defence we buy the dc's presents from his mum and brother so I like to use different wrapping paper from them and a different one for their gift from Father Christmas. Lucky we have a loft to store it all in 😉

I have the Dunelm teddy bear fleece. It is so warm and soft but I can’t remember how much it was. Ds3 wants the onesie and slipper boots this year.

@Ewock keep an eye on your whsmith order. I placed an order with them a few months back for all sorts but they didn’t have the bargain Christmas wrapping paper in stock when it came to dispatching it (although still charged me). Anyway, a few weeks later I noticed I still hadn’t been refunded and I had to chase them up which they were very slow at giving.

Also just trying one of the coffee bags from real coffee bag company. The iberian blend is nice. I will probably prefer one of the stronger ones, but the sample box was a good way to try them. I got another sample box for my bil, I'm making him a hamper. So far I've got the craft gin box for him (althought I might keep the oct one for me and give him the Nov one) a christmas gin glass from Tesco think it was less than £3, the mens dove set that was on here, a classic espresso coffee pot from Rex of London (also an idea from here) and the coffee bags. I also picked up a pack of
ground espresso coffee from Waitrose that was on offer. So all in all a barginous filled hamper. Thank you all you lovely posters sharing your deals. For various reasons including my dh being made redundant at the start of the yr and one of my dc suffering a horrific and damn scary post op bleed, this year has been our hardest most trying yet. But these threads have helped enormously with saving me a lot of money but also making me smile from the kindness of strangers. Sorry if that's a bit soppy but thank you all.

this 220 in 1 games console is a bargain, I bough it for my ds last christmas, just as something to keep him entertained in the car on long journeys, of if were out somewhere and he gets bored. This is a bargainous price. £9.99 was £16.99

@PinkDaydreams FWIW I find the Karcher great for dealing with condensation/drying the shower etc. but not so much for cleaning windows - too much faff and still leaves smears. Maybe that's why you're getting different opinions.

I have bought several of these fleece throws after people have admired the one I got for myself back in 2017. Mine is still as soft and snuggly as the day it arrived and I am currently using it on my bed in place of a duvet!

@GraceQuirrell I saw a an animal origami set in Sainsburys this morning for £4 if that's any good to you. I don't know if it would be a beginners one or not but presume that it should be easy enough to follow. I can't see it on their website but they have a couple of other sets on there. pink my DS has a wooden shape sorter from Wilko. Lovely quality, and it had different colours and animals as part of the design too. Looked much more expensive than it probably was (received as a gift, no idea of actual price, but surely cheaper than Hape). Someone also linked to vertbaudet yesterday- I had a quick glance and they had really nice wooden toys.

Has anyone bought anymore brew tea after also everyone on the thread bought the starter kit? I really like mine, and need to buy some more loose leaf tea. I’ll try another brand if recommended/bargainous or will happily order more from brew tea company if not. They had a 10% discount code on the box of tea, in morse code.
