Here we go. I think 6 was the quickest thread yet!

The weather here is crazy this morning. Luckily Vue are showing Hey Duggee so that is our morning sorted :)

Did a quick inventory of my haul so far. Definitely getting there :)

That’s a good idea; I need to do a haul. I made the grave mistake of letting DS1 go in a toy shop on our holiday (he had £2.50 of “spends” to get himself a souvenir!) and he saw a load of ninjago Lego... but that’s what I love about this time of year- saying “ooh shall we add it to your list to send to Santa?”

So now I have a load of photos of random ninjago Lego on my phone to look up online and add to his things to get me list.
Does anyone else have random photos of toys on their phones with no context, or is that just me?

Oh dear. I just bought two of the Snowman cross stitches as they're on offer. More to squeeze in before Christmas!

I'm at the shop again today. Weather is horrendous here too. Meant to be going to fireworks later will see if they're still on.

We love Duggee too. Not ashamed to say it makes me laugh out loud!

I'm out picking up a couple of parcels that I had delivered to store. It's miserable and wet. However I'm now the owner of 4 Christmas jumpers

I don't have toy photos Sue but do have screen shots from websites plus a list for each child on my phone and a constant Amazon wish list where I store ideas.

DS's school do a firework display so I'm hoping it stays dry for that otherwise it's wellies all round.

Also love that the first advert after it was a Christmas one, first one I've seen this year!

DH returned yesterday and was exhausted due to flight delays etc so we had a quiet evening in with a takeaway and he was snoring by 9pm so hopefully we can get out and about today.
Also, 🤞🏼my cross stitch kits arrive today, I'm desperate to get started on them.

We're just entering Warwickshire on the M6 and it's intermittently sunny. Hopefully it'll be clear later on at home for the fireworks.

Could I join please? Christmas is my absolute favourite time of year and DD’s birthday is on New Year’s Eve so December is a super busy month in our house.

Cute cross stitches! I love the Snowdog ones as they fit into a small hoop and never need moving round! I need to crack on with my current one as I now have loads to do before Christmas what with my ones I already have waiting.

The weather has been atrocious here, rain all day and will continue through the night. It should be sunny tomorrow and rain through the evening. DS1 has a football match tomorrow, but if the rain continues through the night it’s looking like it will be cancelled. I’m selfishly hoping it is.

I cannot donate blood for at least 6 months now (I had a transfusion) so my DS is basically going to have to Take One For The Team . (DH cannot and DD too young still and wibbly with needles . They don't want fainters)

My veins will take a while to recover I had so many cannulas and blood tests .

I am SO far behind with Christmas Prep, it will be a while till I can get Out There so I'm planning a list online .
Did a Sainsbury online (I usually go to the shop) and put a pack of the bakery mince pies in , Hell I deserve them

Our cats are ver' ver' judgey that we locked them in early and are standing at the cat door glaring at us ...above the sound of the whole of Essex letting off fireworks . Female cat is now curled on a chair stalking fireworks !

70, you can't give blood at all after a transfusion, as far as I'm aware. Maybe it's different if the transfusion wasn't in the UK?

It's quite cold out now. The kids loved the fireworks though.

At least it's dry here for now, as I wasn't going to go out in the rain!
