MrsMad I have to say, every time you post about your sister she sounds worse. Why does she care what your parents friends brought back from their holiday for them or if people are calling them for a chat? Surely that's better than them being lonely with no friends to talk to?

I've posted a pic. The dog / cat cards are for work and people I don't like very much, lthe red cards are for posting to cousins / aunts / uncles and the childish cards are for DHs class. I buy individual mum / Dad / sister cards too.
Wrapping paper stash is a bit big but never mind. I like to use several different patterns for people, I don't know why 🤷♀️

I am 🤬 with my family today. Honestly, my auntie is so unwell, she is getting confused, sleeping for most of the day. She likes having visitors for short bursts but she needs to rest, she's deteriorating very quickly so how are my family reacting? By arguing about who gets to see her and huffing about lack of updates from her children 🤬.
Today I had to take time away from work to tell one relative that he is not to turn up under any circumstances today as visitors are being staggered throughout the day in order for her to rest in between and to give time for the palliative care team to visit - and he bloody argued with me to the point I lost my temper and told him if I have to leave work to stand guard at the door then it would be a row we may not come back from.
Have also had to point out to those annoyed at lack of updates that my cousins have much more important things to be handling than updating everyone. Cousin is now updating me and I am updating everyone but honestly - the selfishness is infuriating and so pointless as we're not focusing on what matters.
Sorry folks, I will stop ranting now. Even DH has suggested a bubble bath and a relaxing / involved film to distract me because I'm stressed this evening (which is also why I've unpacked some of my Christmas stash and took pics for you)
