Had sausage pasta bake with garlic pizza bread for supper, DD will go to bed at 8. 😋😴

DS2 will go to bed at 6.25. 😴

Fluffy that is looking amazing!! You are a busy bee right now!! Now hopefully the snow holds off until you get things finished.

We are cleaning up my house really good! We are bringing in all our boxes so tomorrow we can get our trees and stuff down. I at least need to get the silver one down as I'm going to have to figure out storage for all the supplies I'll have in this room soon.

Girls are mopping the floors right now.

We had pizza tonight but I just had one slice with salad.

Wreck that takes a lot of willpower. Pizza is one of the most addicting foods imo

I go off to the parents only to come back to millions of posts lol
I will spill my beanos then catch up.
So where do l start ? Went to the parents early, Dad took a while to come around this morning, he had an awful night and spent most of it on the sofa bless him. These sleepless nights seem to be catching . Shaky has eaten a little and drank a little and been very quiet and sleeping a lot but he went out for a wee and a pooh, so we think he has a little bit of a gippy tummy and we are not surprised because he drinks water in the most awful places ! He is perkier than this morning and l am so relieved because l have not had time to take him to the vets this morning with Dad being unwell. Went to Knit and nat and took mum shortened 3 prs of trousers for Dad while l was there. Took Mum home and left the 2 of them eating their meals . Moved the furniture around in the front room several times for Dad to use the zimmer frame but then he decided he didn't want to use it and wanted the furniture back where it was in the beginning! So had a very productive day thankfully , going to chill now and have some tea, the DDS went to the pics this afternoon and saw 'The Favourite' which they thought was brilliant!

Mrs, I'm glad Shaky is improving. A shame your dad can't see the benefit of the zimmer frame. Does he prefer things to be his idea? A way of retaining a tiny amount of control over his life?

It's mostly DH with stuff to do now, Wheelie, thank god. I ache like hell now!

Think you are right re the housing stock at the time of our house being built it is a money pit! Thankfully not a flea pit though
Crazy l love the Christmas tree pattern china , Portmeirion l think or Spode , one or t'other love it! Thank you for going to post a pic when DSis blanket is finished. That is very kind of you to look out for the NDN too, bless you and your DH for doing that . l get the annoyance with the steep garden our first house was the same , l hated it

Fluffy ahh it must have been the Chicken run upsetting him , l compare the heating bills too LOL , l like to try and follow the tariffs but can't fathom them out mwahahahaha . Well done on the allotment work you are getting it done asap fantastic! The pics really show how much you have done l am amazed !! You work so hard & respect! You have hit the proverbial nail on the head re Dad, he finds being this incapacitated / dependent really horrible , which it is of course but he hasn't got the disposition to see good in anything really. He has always been really well and fit up until the last 2/3 yrs and he really is not good at getting old. Very sad for him but Mum is different to him she is very sociable still and it really keeps your spirit up l think. Go and have a lovely long hot muscle relaxing bath for those pesky MUSKLES

OHHH Wheelie that is much quicker than normal cross stitch at least it looks as if it is quicker to me . She had a lot of trouble with pushing the needle in the canvas , seemed to need to use a lot of force is that so ? It is very pretty l like it ! not enough to try and do it myself my eyes are screwed

Will be off to sleep soon. Have got everything ready for the picnic tomorrow and have picked out the girls’ clothes so we can just head out without any arguments. A lady my mum knows has twins and has offered to give us her car seats and various things for them, so will be going to collect all that from her as well tomorrow. Really starting to become real now that we’re getting everything. I can’t believe we’re going to have 4 babies, and we’ll be fitting them all into one room!.

Mrs It's so soft! I've not had any issues pushing the needle through but it probably has something to do with what kind of fabric you use too! It's so very soft and lovely. You are supposed to work it from the back. But I like to switch it up because I love the embroidery side too lol

Cathy It's a good idea to be prepared for tomorrow! That's so sweet that someone is giving you the carseats and passing stuff on! That will be so helpful with two little ones.

I'm sitting down and trying to eat again. Trying to keep as many calories going in as I can!

Mrs It's lovely because anything you can trace? You can put onto fabric with punch needle. I'm considering doing one from my mandala coloring book and making it into a pillow for someone for Christmas

Mrs it’s lovely how giving some people are isn’t it?. Im so happy because the money we would’ve spent on that can go towards a day out with the girls before the twins come along.

cathy I'm not doing too badly. My stomach has settled so I'm just hanging out. We've finished cleaning and putting up stuff for now as we did a lot today.

I'm excited about my kid's birthday tomorrow. Hard to believe she'll be 15! My baby!

Glad your tum has settled down too. It's a lot of work decorating and taking down and cleaning for Christmas phew! That is marvellous being able to draw anything you like and stitching it on fabric.... fab!
Cathy you would prob give them a mega clean anyway even if they were spotless , l know l would lol be lovely to take the girls out , like it is a present off the babies ahhhh

Mrs that’s very true! I love a good clean. Especially after we’ve all been ill, I’ll bleach the whole house, DH hates it😂. June’s tonsils are playing her up again and she’s finished her antibiotics so we’ll be down the doctors again on Monday. I hope we get it sorted out!

We're watching season 2 of Luther now as we wanted to go back and see from the beginning. We barely remember any of it. Clearly the newborn sleep deprivation shortly after wiped it from our memories!
