Cathy a tip from my HV when DD started school. Get the babies up last and feed them, put them in snowsuits if necessary and leave! You can change anddress them when you get back.

Philomena Thank you! I’ll definitely remember that. I don’t mind the school run much but I think I might start using the car when we have the twins as it’ll just make it all a bit easier.

Acey Well done you for remembering!. Thank you, I don’t mind it much really it’s all part and parcel of being a mum. But I do love the day where DH does it and I stay in bed

I'm really confused as I haven't seen any trolls. Where have they been? Are they being removed before I get up? Or are they in other posts on the Christmas forum?

Anyway my chaise has arrived and is being put together by hubby. I'll share photos when it's all done. Lilah is having a blast running all around the very large box it came in.

cathy That pushchair looks really fancy. I like the side by side pushchairs for twins. My friend had a front and back one but for littles I think that would make me nervous.

psb I didn't think to ask. How far is your Aunt's from your place? What are you going to do without the kids for so long?

My kids are back on school today. I decided they were driving me bananas so they could get some productive schooling in.

IrishAcey How is Mav now? Do you have any photos of him playing with his fishes?

Reagan I’ve only been here for a week but from what I gathered it’s a general chat, and then there’s a few Christmassy things thrown in here and there.

Wheelchair I don’t like them either, I like having them side by side and equal. I suppose it is a bit harder to manoeuvre and get through doors though!.

I’m so worried that I’ve come across as a troll now, because I fit the description. I think I’d be the saddest troll ever, just posting pictures of my buggy and talking about tonsillitis😂

I’m going to sign off for tonight now as I want to spend some time with paddy before we go back to work tomorrow!

cathy I am almost positive they weren't talking about you! I think the ones they are talking about have popped into the thread but caused drama elsewhere? That is trolly. You posting about tonsils and Christmas and buggies is not very trollish in my opinion haha.

My mom is an identical twin. I know your twins aren't identical but here's a photo of my grandmother, grandpa, my mom and her twin and their little sister Millie in the middle. And my mom and her twin now

psb That's the truth lol I'm always amazed when you guys are all 'we popped over to another country for a bit' and I'm like......!! I can drive for two days and not get to the other size of my country haha

That's true, the whole of the British Isles would get lost in some of your states!

Psb I'd love to visit England though and honestly I'd love to live somewhere smaller. I sometimes want so badly to go to the ocean but it's so very far away and you have lots of oceans and don't have to drive 15 hours to get to them! haha

Actually I have hopes to get to Northern Ireland someday. My family is from there and I'm told there's still some branches of the family there.

I have family in Northern Ireland too. Pretty much a whole village!

Psb That's awesome! My folks are from County Monaghan! LOL I'd love to go up there and visit. Someday maybe I'll have the money lol

How lovely are them pictures of your mum!. I’m so excited to be having twins, I know it happens to a lot of people but there’s something so special about knowing there’s 2 little ones inside of me!.

Cathy I pester my mom with silly questions haha she always just lets me. I like to ask stuff like 'so has she ever been hurt when she's far away and you feel it' LOL

I think it's wonderfully exciting you are having twins. I've got a friend with boy/girl twins and she says it's such a joy to have one of each at the same time lol.

My chaise is here and all together and holy cow! It's huge and super comfy!

Mrs My grandfather has passed now. And my grandmother has dementia but my aunt's are really cool and lots of fun. My Aunt Sharon (mom's twin) got my cats this cat treat shooter gun for Christmas lol it's been a lot of fun.

My aunt Millie (mom's younger sister) her husband dresses up every year in November and December as a professional Santa so she's Mrs Clause! They are a lot of fun :)

I also love that Chaise it looks so pretty and very comfy just the job for you m;dear

Cathy yay for new pram! we have a donkey and I think it's the best thing ever, I use it in single mode with the seat buggy board atm. Brilliant thing about bugaboo's is their extendable handles so no tripping into the board (too often). Glad to hear SIL has left finally!

Philomena their holiday sounds fantastic!

No idea on the trolls front, is it very recent or are things going over my head? I've not been able to catch up for a good 2/3 weeks thanks to the chaos of Christmas/having family staying or staying with family.

I've been umming and arrring on writing this but had to moan to someone. Anyone else feel like they have someone in their life that just takes the piss with presents? I'm so curious to ask what SIL and BIL's gf got for christmas (never actually will because me=coward), that probably makes me very petty but I just feel like every year is a competition for what tat they'll give me, DH gets tat but mine feels like it's on another level, so annoying when you consider how long I spend thinking of what to get. Feeling miffed really.

Seafood Awwwww :( I don't think it's petty. I think it would hurt my feelings knowing a lot of thought goes into all the other's gifts and then mine is just dollar store items they grabbed at random. It's especially hurtful when you go out of your way to get them nice and meaningful gifts!

Mrs It's really nice. I'm going to head out and sit on it as soon as Joe heads off to work.

Oldest kid is still on school and I think I'm going to take a bath with my bath bob a friend sent me. It's candy cane striped and smells like peppermint! Younger kid is sweeping the floors for me since Carer has been on holidays.

Seafood the tat presents is so annoying but l think it happens to everyone who is nice and not a miser or a bitch. I can't bear it also makes me feel all nasty and twisted inside . YUK!
l wish l could just stop buying for ppl l had it all my married life from my DSIL and DH DB so mean and frankly downright horrible. My Dmil used to stick up for them which made it a hundred times worse. I am not joking now when l say they bought my DDS a hat from Poundland for Christmas one year and it didn't even fit them.!

I love the name Joe, Wheelie ,so trustworthy and warm.
