How many roast potatoes each?

OK I've decided on Pigs in Blankets now, but how many roast potatoes each? 4 medium ones? We have 3 adults with good appetites, 1 with a small appetite and 2 toddlers. 20 in total?

There is no such thing as too many roast potatoes

I make far too many for Christmas Day & eat the leftovers cold with mayonnaise, cold turkey & pickles. (Helpful)

I had 3 roasties, 3 pigs in blankets (little ones) and 2 stuffing balls (big ones) as well as all the other gubbins. So full. Lots leftover
