Thought I’d do a ‘how to’ for a couple of things people often post about not being sure of

To do click links you do this put link in here then a space then the name or phrase you want to go with the link . Don’t put a space between the start of the link and the and then last word and the like I have or it won’t work but I had to to demonstrate.

Second message has a few links and info which I’ll slowly build up, let me k ow if there’s anything you’d like me to add to it Thanks

Home Bargains also had the Finding Dory busy books for £2.99 - the price label on the shelf said ‘busy books - assorted’, but there was only this one in my local store.

Can any of you lovely people help me with cheap Mr Men books? We already have a boxed collection but would like to get DS a few more single ones, but don't really want to pay £4.50ish per book! TIA

dementedma · 29/11/2018 15:04

has anyone bought collapsible, reusable coffee cups? Recommendations pls.

Asj0405 · 29/11/2018 15:09

Use code NO7SAVE5 for £5 off a £40 spend on No7 @ Boots

SleeptightDaisy · 29/11/2018 15:18

The works often have different Mr Men books on offer 22giraffes.

TimeForMy10thCuppa · 29/11/2018 15:19

@maybe, I can't do an Amazon screen shot because it has my details at the top. But, if you Google or Amazon search reduce cold -1 bottles lots come up. All for lots more than I paid. The dc and DH have the one in the pic attached, big grey bottle on the left. I only paid £3, from to maxx. So if you have one worth checking in there.

The Book People have a flash sale on today, the code Sparkle10 gives an extra 10% off and the code ELF10 gives free delivery for orders over£10. Some decent books discounted by 80% and for 22giraffes some Mr Men books reduced to £1.99 each but I think for today only!

Elphaba17 · 29/11/2018 15:42

I think some posters were talking about the playmobil take along barons castle recently? I've just seen on hukd that home bargains have this set for £19.99.

handmademitlove · 29/11/2018 15:48

@22giraffes I have picked up 3 Mr men Christmas books for £6 In my local garden centre!

22Giraffes · 29/11/2018 15:51

Thank you for all your suggestions everyone, I will check them out Xmas Smile

Elphaba17 · 29/11/2018 16:07

There is a set of 6 Christmas Mr men books on Amazon for £9.99.

TamiTayorismyparentingguru · 29/11/2018 16:07

Thegirlwholived how about something like a range of the Schleich Pony Club stuff? You can get stables/riding schools/show jumping sets etc. They come in quite big boxes and are genuinely lovely. You could then buy some of the individual horses to go with it, or if your DD is into unicorns like her sister then you could get some of the new unicorns and fairies range. My DTs who are 8 play with their schleich sruff pretty much every day

DeezMutts · 29/11/2018 16:07

NEW10 gives 10% off at Hype inc sale items. Got dd a backpack for £18.23 delivered instead of £30 plus delivery. Other bags are even cheaper. Plus free pencil case Grin

debbiewest0 · 29/11/2018 16:15

22giraffes- I bought the Christmas mr men box set for our house from the book people. £5.99 for ten books and with the code it’s ten percent off today! Can’t beat 55p a book! My kids love reading them in December

justmemrsb · 29/11/2018 16:17

25% off all things Christmas at Boden with code K7U4
Sorry if this has already been shared!

Elphaba17 · 29/11/2018 16:23

That's a great deal debbiewest. I'm just browsing the book people now, they have a 7 book set of worst witch books for £6.30 which I'm tempted by.

NotReve · 29/11/2018 16:50

20% off at Topshop with GIRLCODE1 at checkout

22Giraffes · 29/11/2018 17:40

@debbiewest0 I saw those a while back and kept putting off ordering them, they've since been out of stock for nearly 2 weeks. Gutted! Xmas Sad

BestofLuck · 29/11/2018 17:45

@lauryloo my dd has asked for mainly HP stuff and is 11. Have some stationary stuff from Sainsburys, Trivial Pursuit, doll, pjs from Primark, etc. Morrisons had HP dvds two for £10. I don’t think you could go wrong with some bits from Primark - they have pjs as I say, plus bags, purses, jewellery, etc.

BestofLuck · 29/11/2018 17:49

Actually, thinking about Harry Potter, has anyone seen any toys or stuff featuring Dobby (the little elf guy isn’t he??) DS wants to buy something with him on for his sister.

OldBrownShoe · 29/11/2018 17:52

@bestofluck I’m just this second looking on Hawkins bazaar (came here to see if anyone has a code?!?) and they have Dobby plushies and figures

Maranello · 29/11/2018 17:53

Claire's Accessories has buy one, get one free on Harry Potter stuff - there's a Dobby the house elf mug in there, @BestofLuck
