I just wanted to praise L’Occitane for their great customer service. I placed an order, thought I’d used the code to get the free handcreams, except it clearly got lost/overwritten and I didn’t notice on the order confirmation.
I emailed customer services after my order arrived without the handcreams and they got back to me almost immediately to say they would honour the code. Shortly after I had a despatch email. Bravo to L’Occitane!
