Thought I’d do a ‘how to’ for a couple of things people often post about not being sure of

To do click links you do this put link in here then a space then the name or phrase you want to go with the link . Don’t put a space between the start of the link and the and then last word and the like I have or it won’t work but I had to to demonstrate.

To follow the thread without using up a post to mark place you can click on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first post.

No affiliate links please.

Referral thread here

Second message has a few links and info which I’ll slowly build up, let me k ow if there’s anything you’d like me to add to it Thanks

The Body Shop sale still has some decent things including gift sets - and the code 14393 gets you £10 off £25, including sales

Tigger83 · 12/10/2018 21:01

If anyone sees a gorgeous night before Christmas book.... the kind you'd keep forever and give to your children's children....

CinnaMessala · 12/10/2018 21:08

@coldilox, I got spongebob rubbers on AliExpress from this store and they were very nice. Just scroll through the styles, as they have lots of different ones in one listing

Christmascookiesmmmm · 12/10/2018 21:18

Thanks very much for the plain white bedding suggestions!!

Will post my chocolate orange pumpkin when I get round to it- it might fail terribly! In which case I’d just have to eat it myself I suppose..

Jammiebammie · 12/10/2018 21:18

Thanks reastie!

Crayola do lots of colour bath tablets (tub tones) and paint, bubble bath etc, quite cheap and on 3 for 2 at boots - amazon do sometimes have them cheaper.
Bear in mind though, not great for sensitive skin - can’t use on my dd unfortunately.

Coldilox · 12/10/2018 21:25

Thanks @CinnaMessala, I've already bought some plush toys off Ali Rxpress, hadn't thought about rubbers!

imsorryiasked · 12/10/2018 21:27

@Tigger83 we've got a lovely version by Clement C Moore with illustrations by Angela Barrett

Penguinbeaver · 12/10/2018 21:43

The Robert Sabuda pop up version of night before Christmas is absolutely gorgeous with delicate pop up. Highly recommended for a book that can come out year after year

woodwaj · 12/10/2018 21:51

Thanks for the new thread reastie. I'll be ordering stickers soon as I use them instead of gift tags. Almost ready to wrap. Need 1 present for a 14 yr old girl, parents and in-laws. Impossible to buy for!!!

IJustWantToWearDungarees · 12/10/2018 22:05

Christmascookies we have a couple of lovely plain white duvet sets from M&S - very soft, high thread count and minimum iron! Recommended.

Unihorn · 12/10/2018 22:08

@GirlWithTheYellowHat Costco always has them for about £10 I think!

AdamBarlowsQuiff · 12/10/2018 22:18

Just had an email from nectar, the Sainsburys double up will be on 12-18 November - on the usual: toys, clothes, wine, home... I'm not sure whether to ignore the big toy sale and just wait for the double up.

Smellybears · 12/10/2018 22:18

Where is the best place to purchase plain white blank cards from please? These are for little one to make thank you cards.

GirlWithTheYellowHat · 12/10/2018 22:19
