Thought I’d do a ‘how to’ for a couple of things people often post about not being sure of

To do click links you do this put link in here then a space then the name or phrase you want to go with the link . Don’t put a space between the start of the link and the and then last word and the like I have or it won’t work but I had to to demonstrate.

To follow the thread without using up a post to mark place you can click on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first post.

Second message has a few links and info which I’ll slowly build up, let me k ow if there’s anything you’d like me to add to it Thanks

Wowcher have a hideous game on offer at the moment called "whoopsee whoopsee dodge the poo" which may be of interest to those with 4 year olds!

In The Entertainer today there were bargain puzzles at the till, £1 down from £5. Includes 2x24 piece I think - had to hide away from lo so couldn't look too closely! Lol. Figured I would link them online but not on there. A range of popular characters though (I got paw patrol) so definitely worth a look if you're passing.

Went into B&M for hairbands today, bought the attached. The coffee syrups look really nice, there's lots of other gifts in their seasonal aisle already.

@reastie I just got an email saying they were back in stock so I ordered the 12 piece set and it all went through and I got an email confirmation. Maybe try and order another one again now? The discount still works so got it for £38 :)

Thanks filthy. Discovered it’s two serving bowls oos, which is annoying but better than the service. I’ll keep an eye out for if they come back.

carrotvan I asked DH to get me a pyrography set last year, just a basic one from hobbycraft which was not expensive. Think they do discount when you sign up to their mailing list or £5 off voucher when it’s your bday so could try to combine with that..
Sadly I cannot vouch for the quality as I have not had it out of the packet BlushGrin
But DD has just started preschool so hopefully I’ll get some time soon!

reindeerpoop I bought a scuttlebug online from Aldi a couple of years ago, £20 with free delivery. Might be worth keeping an eye out there. Not sure how that compares to amazon etc

I had the Hobbycraft pyrography set - the basic one, £10 - and it was fine. I only used one of the tips, and it had a tendency to work a little loose at times when using it, but it was great for simple things and getting used to it. I bought a more expensive one ultimately, but that was because I really enjoy it - the £10 one is perfect for occasional use and an introduction.

I also had an email to say the Spode Christmas dinner service was back in. Thank you to the pp for the code it worked. I bought 2 sets and I think I will start collecting some pieces every year to eventually have a lovely Christmas dinner service.

I’ve collected the Spode Xmas tree for years, I’ve been after the wine glasses at a decent price so I’m really hopeful they get some more back in. TK Maxx always do it a good price- that’s where I normally get it.
