Thought I’d do a ‘how to’ for a couple of things people often post about not being sure of

To do click links you do this put link in here then a space then the name or phrase you want to go with the link . Don’t put a space between the start of the link and the and then last word and the like I have or it won’t work but I had to to demonstrate.

Ocado have an offer right now on Burts Bees. Buy two products and you get a free gift set. The set is priced at £22 and has a lot in it. I buy their baby oil anyway so just stocked up on two of those and got the set for free. I think there is enough in it (from the photo and description and price) to make a nice gift on its own.

L'Occitane are offering a free lip balm today with purchases over £40, code is KISS. Delivery is free over £35 too.

My toys for a pound order came today. Missing the "magic cube" but I have emailed them.

Impressed with the minions tops trumps (the tin is quite big! Would recommend!

(Don't forget that once you have 5 of the barcode cards from different sets you can send them off for a free set! We have 3 different ones so far.)

The gruffalo set is also good but maybe better for younger children. Definitely worth £1 though. It doesn't come with a barcode card.

The Mario blind bags also great for ds's stocking (I sliced the edge open to check if they're different and taped back up. He won't notice.)

The ludo board game is big and will be great under the tree - I think it was £2.

Also, I had an email from buy a gift. They have 23% off for BH weekend. I'm going to get the set of 4 tickets for our local glee (comedy) club. We've done this before, saves a fortune and we get a night out with friends! Don't forget to try topcashback as well.

Thanks for the Usborne cartoon book and the Disney code and playset recommendation. For the pp who asked about reasonable childrens bedding, I recommend Asda. Bought some nice bunny bedding for DD about 3 years ago and it’s still going strong despite heavy wear (looks the same as similarly aged John Lewis and better than Debenhams). Don’t know what prints they have at the moment but worth a look.

My 4 year old loves hatchimals. I've bought the nursery for xmas. They're plastic tat and think it's the novelty of opening the eggs but it's the only thing she's asked for so far.
