Hi all!

Thanks for this thread. Once I've got ds birthday done in 3 weeks, I shall be in full on Christmas mode🎄

PamelaEwing · 15/08/2018 07:28

I saw on HDUK that people had seen and bought Playmobil blind bags (small surprise bags with one figure in) in Poundland. These would be great little stocking fillers!

toolazytothinkofausername · 15/08/2018 07:42

PamelaEwing My local Poundland had the Playmobil blind bags and Thomas Minis blind bags (still selling in Argos for £1.99).

MSE reports that Tesco has 20 % off giftcards for Gap, Pizza Express, New Look and Odeon until Sunday. Discount is applied at the checkout or online here.

Baileystruffle · 15/08/2018 09:14

At amazon if you add at least £10 of stuff to your baby list (Make new one if you haven't got one) and then add a giraffe gro comforter, you get the comforter for free (doesn't show you get it for free until final page of checkout. Comforter full price is £10.99 so quite a nice extra if you know anyone with a little baby/pregnant.

Here's the details Amazon gro Comforter deal

Thanks to the poster who pointed out Mahabis slippers with a massive discount on TK Maxx website! DH has been wearing them for last few years and his current pair has holes everywhere, I was looking to buy some when Mahabis themselves did some discount codes, but they were nowhere as good as this. One DH present done and a new pair for me as well, really pleased!

pasta that Lego lunchbox is £1.99 in Home Bargains just now and the square one with a handle is £2.99.

Thesearmsofmine · 15/08/2018 10:13

I might try to pick up a couple of the Lego lunch boxes of our home bargains have them. They are perfect for keeping in the car with a small amount of Lego in to keep the kids busy if we are on a long journey or if we pop to my parents house where they don’t have toys.

ItsNiceItsDifferentItsUnusual · 15/08/2018 10:15

@Biscusting a word of warning on the dressing gowns - I ordered some last year and thankfully didn't get them personalised so was able to send them back. They were very thin and poor quality.

MrsCrimbo74 · 15/08/2018 11:35

Lego Crazy Action Contraptions £8.99, the cheapest place I've seen it is £12.99 plus 5% off with code SEASON5 bringing it down to £8.54

2Sailors1BabyComing · 15/08/2018 12:06

@strawberryfield12

Very welcome, first time I have seen them so cheap and the first time I’ve seen them appear at tkmaxx too. Trying to hint to DH that they’d make a very good present for me too! Already ordered a pair for a gift.

Alanamackree · 15/08/2018 12:07

MrsCrimbo that’s a great price for Lego contraptions book! I highly recommend it for anyone with too much lego!!!

GirlWithTheYellowHat · 15/08/2018 12:22

@Jammiebammie
Those Debenhams code are just giving me free click and collect? Sad

Numberonecook · 15/08/2018 12:39

Just place marking. I never seem to find bargains myself but I’ve grabbed a couple from here so thanks. I got the nails inc deal for dd1 and playmobil for My nephew. I took a look on music magpie but everything I wanted I found cheaper on amazon! Any deals for older girls or teenage boys? Trying to really streamline Xmas this year

Strawberryfield12 · 15/08/2018 12:52

@2Sailors1BabyComing by the look of it Mahabis have slightly changed their slipper style and must have given the old style to TKMaxx after they tried to sell them off themselves with 25% discount few months ago. I was quite close to buy them then for DH Christmas present and really happy I never did.

linandleo · 15/08/2018 13:02

MrsCrimbo, thanks for the Lego book! It looks ace Grin

I've also found it at the Book Depository for £9.15 with free postage. It was all I wanted to buy from lowplex this time, so the £2.99 postage was too expensive for me. I'd never heard of lowplex though and will will definitely be back!
