Lego do you have smallish kids? If so you could get them to paint up a small flowerpot and varnish it then add a nice winter flowering plant to go on a windowsill. I did this for my mum, my kids were too small to paint so we did their handprints on the pot.

Hi All, I’m very late to the Christmas threads this year but they were an amazing source of inspiration in 2016 so I’m hoping someone here might be able to help. Im looking for a cuddly rabbit with pink eyes - ds3 was very specific in his request to santa that it must have pink (well, “red but but not evil”) eyes. I’m running out of places to look now, so any suggestions gratefully received! Thanks

If anyone is wanting to buy a keyboard then Lidl is selling the Yamaha YPT-255 for £89.99 until Wed 6 Dec. It usually retails at about £110 so very definitely a bargain.

Changingagain · 03/12/2017 14:20

chocolateteabag truck Ds has had it since his first birthday and loves it. Definitely wasn't this price when we got it though, I think it was about £30.

Fork2fork · 03/12/2017 14:23

Aldi have offers on My little pony. There is a fluttershy bag for £5.99 to buy online

Thank you @changingagain - I showed DS1 the Dusty Truck and he's sure that's the one in the advert that DS2 has seen. And (clutching at straws) it might make him want to pick up his lego without the need for WW3 I know I know it'll not work

I'm so behind with my shopping, what with work and ill family members I can't keep up!
Has anyone seen a set of earrings (multiple pairs) for under £10 please? A friend of mine has been a real support and I'd like to treat her, but don't have much myself.

If anyone is looking for photobooks, Bonusprint have 40% off on the app with BAPP40

gingerbreadmam · 03/12/2017 15:31

@wheredthecoffee I'm sure Avon do nice sets of earrings that sound like what you're after.

PinkPanther27 · 03/12/2017 15:35

Jaffalong · 03/12/2017 15:45

Where's the coffee try Lisa Angel for affordable jewellery & there's always codes floating around. I've ordered from them before and found delivery and customer service to be very good.

@Chocolateteabag Mr dusty the super toy eating garbage truck

Methenyouplus4 · 03/12/2017 17:37

Firstly, a HUGE thank you for all your help as always.

I'm starting to over-purchase for the kids now so I need 2 more gifts then I'm going to step away from the thread before over-buying spoils the benefit of all the money I've saved.

So, I need something g for a man who loves cars and fishing. Budget about £20.

Then I need a gift for DB& SIL. Ideal budget about £20 but something that looks more. They like food, booze, walking/camping. DB works funny shifts so vouchers for meal etc not good as have expired in the past before they used them.
