@veganlan yes the £15 ones sold by Amazon. I bought a pink and a purple from Amazon a few weeks ago and they’re genuine.

torthecatlady · 30/11/2017 12:44

@VeganIan If I was in the market for a fingerling, I wouldn't buy it from there - website looks dodgy. I would stick to Amazon or other well known websites?

ThePurpleGirl · 30/11/2017 12:44

@veganlan I don’t know about that website - it doesn’t do anything for me other than keep refreshing the same page no matter what I press.

ThePurpleGirl · 30/11/2017 12:46

Amazon-fingerlings
They’ve got pink, purple, white and turquoise

bastardlyandmutley · 30/11/2017 12:51

Poundland had huge Christmas paper bags by the tills - would be perfect for wrapping difficult shaped large presents or for using as sacks. They are about a metre tall and 50cm wide.

Mreva · 30/11/2017 12:57

I have a one off code for £10 off £60 or £20 off £100 for L'Occitane if anyone is interested, needs to be used by 17th December.

ThatsMySantaHisBeardIsSoFluffy · 30/11/2017 12:57

Amazon let me down on the turquoise Fingerling which should've been delivered yesterday, by the way. Thankfully I've a pink back up supposedly coming by Sunday.

Catanddogmake6 · 30/11/2017 13:11

WhyamI I'm afraid it's almost a certainty that's when they will come. Similar here; I ordered DH some of the Chipolo tags in October so they had to turn up the day I'm ill in bed with the lurgy and DH working from home. They also exactly what they are (including a description) written all over the packet. DH then remarks oh it's my tree present which at £80 odd quid they most certainly weren't. It then got worse as he had a wardrobe crisis which ended up in me giving him the shirt I'd bought him - only to find it's too big and I don't think I can return it. So I'm ill and got to start again for the man who has everything and if not will just buy it.

Catanddogmake6 · 30/11/2017 13:20

dolfinne I also think you should complain to M&S but be warned I've always had really crap responses from them when Ive complained. I once bought a pavlova described as some thing like raspberry and White chocolate. The picture looked great. Served it up to dish out to friends to find it covered in almonds. Friend has nut allergy. They weren't mentioned anywhere in the description, on the front of the packet or included in the picture but were something like 10th on the ingriedient list on the bottom of a packet you cant read clearly and cant turn over. I complained and said it might be an idea to label it better - they told me it was my fault for not reading every ingriedient.

HoneyDragon · 30/11/2017 13:32

The store and sparks cs at M&S are horrendous the online side are much better.

Call and ask them to refund you with an evoucher.

CoffeeAndEnnui · 30/11/2017 14:01

@ReindeerPoop, just been to Sainsbury's and spotted 4 packs of big bag Rainbow Drops for £1. So cheaper than Home Bargains price. Got some for my daughter and her friend to try this afternoon. A blast from my sweetie past!

bunbunny · 30/11/2017 14:17

Just wondering if anyone knows anything about Himalayan Salt Lamps?

I had a brainwave that it's something that could be great for dh for Christmas... but I'd like it to be a big surprise so I don't want to look on Amazon as our accounts are linked so he'll see what I've been liking at. Usually it doesn't matter but just occasionally it does Grin

Also - if I'm going to get one I'd like to get one that will do what it's supposed to rather than one that has an excellent copywriter!

Conversely does anyone have one of these and think it's not worth it?

TIA

MadisonAvenue · 30/11/2017 14:22

WhyamI I'm also in a grump re deliveries. A Body Shop delivery (don't usually use them but my son likes their aftershave) hasn't arrived and apart from a confirmation email over a week ago I've heard nothing else and there's no way of tracking it. I've spoken to customer service and I'm told it's due tomorrow but they can't tell me if it's coming via courier or Royal Mail.
An Ebay order I've been waiting for which was estimated to be here on Monday at the latest but wasn't actually dispatched until Tuesday hasn't yet arrived.

WhyamIBoredathome · 30/11/2017 14:32

Code for whittards the tea/coffee people if anyone needs it. Not single use.
Use BEER15 to get 15% off if you spend £20 or more.

WhyamIBoredathome · 30/11/2017 14:33

Argh no code is 15BEER

snowmanshoes · 30/11/2017 14:42

was someone after 'sausage dog' gifts? Have I read that on here or I may have spoken to someone in RL!! Anyway... in the kids section on M&S they have a gorgeous sausage dog bag (20% off is a sparks card holder)

theftbyfinding · 30/11/2017 15:11

I don't suppose anyone has a spare M&S code? I wish I'd ordered more gifts two weeks ago when I had them!

OhRex · 30/11/2017 15:27

theftbyfinding I've just checked my email and have a few sparks offers that are useful popped up on my account - check your account online to see if you've been given the department you need!

TobleroneBoo · 30/11/2017 15:35

@BubbaLips there is one reduced now but not sure if it's "the one", for some reason they aren't advertising it as their main star gift, which they normally do, so maybe it isn't...

PerfumeIsAMessage · 30/11/2017 15:37

Bunbunny- I don't know but I have one in my Amazon basket Grin

They look nice and I thought dd would like one for her bedroom.

Haven't gone for the "click and pay" yet though!

theftbyfinding · 30/11/2017 15:38

OhRex thanks for the tip. Just looked and there's £10 off coats so have a new winter coat that I never knew I needed now!
