Not Christmas related but does anyone have any ideas on how to make party sweet cones bargainous?

If anyone lives near an airport it's worth looking out for their Christmas duty free sales which happen around now. They usually have a Facebook page and East Midlands have previously listed what's on sale and the prices but this year they haven't listed the prices. Can be a bit of an ordeal but some good bargains to be had on cosmetics/perfumes/accessories

@ReindeerPoop, Rainbow Drops (those multicoloured candied Rice Krispie things) are fab for padding out party cones. You can buy them in bulk and a good layer of them looks really bright and cheerful.

Oh and @cheeseandbiscuitsplease search purring cats on amazon, maybe they'd fit the bill? They look very realistic

If Rainbow Drops were at the pointy end maybe Flump style marshmallows could be another bargainous space filling option and then after one more layer of something cheap and cheerful you could get some of the big Haribo type Pound Shop tubs of bigger jelly sweets to do an eye catching layer on top?

For those looking for cheaper makeup for teens (although I'm 40 and use it) ELF is great and I think has free delivery and a few free gift offers on too, all on their website. I really rate their primer and they havr nice eyeshadow sets.

Coldilox try the Wordery, it's an online bookshop which is mainly cheaper than Waterstones. I've bought quite s fee books from there which I've found to be cheaper than waterstones and it's free delivery. There's usually a code advertised on the website.

Was it on one of these threads or another one that a lady was looking for a garage for her daughter to park her emergency vehicles in overnight & it needed a good ramp? If so, what about the Fisher Price Wheelies Airport? It only has two parking spots so you may need to cobble another one together but it has a good ramp! If you do find her, I bought DS the Melissa and Doug lock and roll rescue garage, which sounds like what she's looking for and is £16.50 (from £22) on Tesco. I got it cheaper from tq toys, but their stock changes constantly and they haven't got a lot in at the moment (presumably because it's all been bought!).

@llamacorn I'm another one who's pretty much finished. Need to order my Dad a top from Next (the website keeps crashing when I try to pay!!), and my friends have just decided we're doing Secret Santa so need to get something for that, but otherwise I'm done so can help you? You could give each volunteer a mission, ie present for tricky SIL, best place to order party booze?
