You're welcome @Mamastinks

Does anyone know how long the Debenhams 20% off code is valid for?

SockEatingMonster · 20/10/2017 00:07

Does anyone have a Boden voucher they won't use? Would be v v grateful

bunbunny · 20/10/2017 01:21

Thanks Reastie!

If people are giving cash rather than actual bargainous presents this year, but don't want to hand it over in an envelope - or if people want a cute stocking filler, the Works have sweet little festive purses - Santa, a reindeer or a penguin - for a pound.

I subsequently saw some nice silicon purses like reindeers in Boots but they were a fiver each. A quick check on ebay.com and they have them (or very similar!) for about a pound.

There are lots of cheap fun little coin purses on ebay.com, both fabric and silicon. Everything from animals to monsters to sports to cartoons to bananas and leeks and more...

Any suggestions for a 10 year old boy stocking fillers? Can't seem to find much on Aliexpress this year.

Are there any other websites like Aliexpress worth using too as it doesn't seem as good this year.

TESCO TOYS 3 for 2

27th to the 30th October according to hotukdeals

It was really good last year most things were dropped to great prices and then 3 for 2 on top I saved a fortune on Lego

shadesofwinter · 20/10/2017 06:59

@ziggy911 so far, I have got my 10yo DS a book, some 'movie ticket stubs' which he can exchange at home for movie nights, a little box of jokes, the worlds tiniest jigsaw and a hammer shaped multi tool. That's all I've got so far but I'm planning on getting him so American candy, an Amazon voucher and some giant gummy sweets. If I think or see anything else I'll post about it! I've found this year hardest of all for him but need it to be special as it'll be his last believing.

Southbeach · 20/10/2017 07:41

Thanks for thread Reastie

TimeForMy10thCuppa · 20/10/2017 07:44

So many pages to catch up on. Thanks Reastie for the new thread.
Does anyone happen to know if toys r us will let me return a toy i bought, at the end of last month? Unopened ofcourse. No problem with it excpet its now half the bloody price and the saving would mean i could buy them 3 extra things.
Is it cheeky to take back the original and rebuy at the sale price?

TKRedLemonade · 20/10/2017 07:45

I made the mistake of reading the thread before bed to discover that some fingerlings from Amazon are fake. I had ordered mine weeks ago and never even opened the Amazon package! Spent all night wondering if I was back to square zero but luckily my woowee ones seem real. Thanks to this thread I have them and the LOL thing is pre ordered!!

captainjacksparrow · 20/10/2017 07:50

I found my Lisa angel stuff to be really good quality despite being cheap. I'm giving it as a gift to dd Smile

ChristmasSeacow · 20/10/2017 08:00

Hello! I'm after help with ideas (a bargain would be good but not essential!)

I have to buy Christmas and December birthday presents for my goddaughter, who will be 11. I was thinking of the following:

  1. Maybe a bag and / or wallet - but what brands are popular with 11 year olds? She had older siblings so is definitely not young for her age, so it mustn't be babyish. More young teenage maybe.
  1. A bullet journal and decoratey bits, as she loves stationery. But not sure where to get them from?

I'm not finding many bargains as my DS has SN so I'm not generally shoppping for standard toys also my young baby is getting DS's old stuff wrapped up Wink. I'm off to see whether there is an SN gift thread as discussed earlier, if not I might start one.

If there's a spare Boden code knocking around I'd be very grateful!

IncidentalAnarchist · 20/10/2017 08:05

Do JojoMamanBebe ever do codes?! 🙏🏻 I’ve seen a coat DS would love!

user1471583707 · 20/10/2017 08:05

Does anyone know know of anywhere that has fingerlings in stock? Amazing don't to seem to she them available now.
Has anyone successfully ordered one from amazon? Thanks
