woodwaj Check out Poundland/Pound world.

DD had a my little Pony party ( complete with pony in the garden!) and for party favours I did sweety cones and a MLP pop toy I found in Poundland. Looked alot more than £1 and went down very well with her friends.

DubiousCredentials · 02/11/2016 16:48

Hatchimals in stock at Tesco now. The pink one here

chicaguapa · 02/11/2016 17:11

For anyone who missed the GH offer with the Joseph Joseph bowls, BBC Easy Cook are offering some similar ones with a £19.99 subscription. I think these are slightly better than the full nest of bowls too.

99percentchocolate how about something from the National Gallery shop. They have lots of calendars & diaries for example.

I'm trying to use the Playmobil code via my phone and it's saying code not recognised. (I'm using capital letters). Anyone else had a problem this afternoon?

winewolfhowls · 02/11/2016 17:24

It worked for me but only when I logged in first, have you signed up for the playmobil site?

imsorryiasked · 02/11/2016 17:41

Thanks wine I'll try that. I am registered but haven't signed in.

todayisabeautifulday · 02/11/2016 17:44

Thank you so much for the playmobil info. Never bought any playmobil before but the boys are growing up so a really nice deal!

ItsNiceItsDifferentItsUnusual · 02/11/2016 17:45

Went into M&S food today and they had some of their Christmassy gift food on offer for half price. Got a really beautiful looking box of chocolates for £5, they also had some boxes/tins of biscuits and I think some of their booze gifts too. Not sure if it's also online.

Laska5772 · 02/11/2016 17:46

The M&S space torch is out of stock , but this one on Amazon looks the same and is much cheaper £4.99 iinstead of £8 atM&S (they also have other glow torches dinosaurs ets )

TheImpossibleGhoul · 02/11/2016 17:52

I've done a couple of Next referrals on these threads where the new customer gets a £20 code via email and I get a £20 credit once they have made their first payment. I also did one for a RL friend and I know the code was used.

I am starting to think Next don't pay out for referral credits- has anyone managed it successfully?

APocketfulOfStars · 02/11/2016 18:05

1st It was £20 off a £50 spend.

Do you need a referral code? I can send you my link if you want.

Carrie76 · 02/11/2016 18:14

Playmobil codes are fab, thanks for posting. I put two advent calendars in my basket and it was buy one get one 50% off plus the extra discounts!! Kids will be thrilled

kavvLar · 02/11/2016 18:28

Good idea thanks highdata I'll ask the family

AbleSeamanTitty · 02/11/2016 18:34

Has anyone seen any My little pony or Peppa pig cups around? I need them for snowman soup in the Christmas Eve hamper.

DD1 has bargainous Harry Potter one from Primark but can't find ones for dd2 and dd3

Ness1234 · 02/11/2016 18:38

Moshulu, 20% off and free returns with code GLOW.

HungryHorace · 02/11/2016 18:43

My Next referrals have worked, Impossible. Have you checked your junk email for the code they send?

Cupofchar · 02/11/2016 18:49

Thankyou for the replies and the ideas for the cornerstone box Flowers

APocketfulOfStars · 02/11/2016 18:49

Has anyone seen any nice page to view diaries that are pretty sturdy? I've started a bit of a tradition for my DH to record his work hours, so it will get battered about a bit! Thanks!

Haudyerwheesht · 02/11/2016 18:52

Ds (10) wants a Lego roller coaster - only one I can find is a Lego friends one which he will turn his nose up at. Any alternatives anyone can suggest?

LockingJay · 02/11/2016 18:56

In wilko's blok range they have a fairground with a big wheel and other bits although not a roller coaster. I bought it for my DS it was half price for £7. Bargain!

SpaghettiMeatballs · 02/11/2016 18:57

Managed to get the playmobil codes to work by using DH's email. I wonder if it's because one of the codes is a birthday and they know when my DC's birthdays are?

I've ordered the nativity and wise men. Really liked them but thought they were too expensive. Codes made them a much better price. Flowers for the codes.

SpaghettiMeatballs · 02/11/2016 18:58

Thank you to whoever recommended Primark for cheap pyjamas in the last thread. I'd mentioned the school were collecting them for Women's Aid.

A pair of woman's pyjamas and 4 pairs of children's pyjamas for £21!

RoastieToastieReastie · 02/11/2016 19:02

Wood I'd say look at the pound shop for a party bag gift or the book people who often do collections where books are £1 each.

Tinyterrors alas no Asda near me either. I'm trying sainsbos tomorrow as I need to get food anyway.

Wenchelda free is the best kind of bargain :)
