After the mention of the Boots Emporium on here I noticed this on Facebook

Thread 13 - hush, hatchimals, and hopefully huge bargains

Born gifted have 15% off full price items till midnight tomorrow with the code 77720. They have some gorgeous stuff and great customer service when I ordered a couple of weeks back.

GardenWorm · 29/10/2016 09:18

Gandys have an up to 40% off sale for the weekend. Nice little ethical company run by two brothers who were orphaned whilst traveling with their parents in the 2004 tsunami. They sell bits that would be good for teens or kids going off to travel and have written a book which would make a great gift (not sure if you can buy it elsewhere). I've had flip flops from them before and can recommend Smile

For everybody that is looking for mermaid things - go to Amazon or eBay and search for magic mermaid cushion (or reversible sequin cushion or assorted combinations of those words) (on phone so no links sorry).

The cushions are basically cushions covered in sequins - but when you swoosh your hand over them, the sequins reverse to show a different colour. You can use your whole hand or just use a finger to 'draw' on them.

Looked like one of those things that you find you can't help but touch as you walk past... I have two boys that are into all things football or ninja and I'm wondering about getting one for me Grin

They're not actually directly mermaid related, but they seem to have used lots of mermaid-y colour combinations to draw people in (worked on me!) and as cushions go, they look a lot of fun...

Hedgy. - I can't remember the price but I know group on had photo blankets yesterday. Just watch the postage charge though as I was stung on this with acrylic blocks yesterday!

GardenWorm · 29/10/2016 09:27

Another company I've used recently, good for garden gifts (especially those who live near the sea as they sell garden tide times clocks etc) A Short Walk, they also sell on Not on The High Street so worth checking there too as you may be able to use a discount code or get free delivery.

IsseyMiyake Amazon Lightening Deal - £27.29, instead of £59. Gorgeous perfume.

nocutsnobuttsnococonuts · 29/10/2016 09:38

Ooh I meant to post last night - was in B and M and the pack of tsum tsum erasers from ages ago (remember them?) was down to £3.99 now. I think it was on offer at £9.99 somewhere and then we found it at £4.99 in B and M. It was £4.99 last Saturday when I went with dd2 - well at that price I had to get one! Also the My little pony glitter pony kits - which is what I had gone in for - had dropped from £4.99 to £3.99 over the week.

The hersheys kisses mugs at £1.99 seemed to have gone though but there were still Swizzles mason jars at £2.99.

Argos 3 for 2 from Nov 4th for 4 days.

confuugled1 · 29/10/2016 10:14

Forgot to say - the mermaid cushions seem to cost £5-£10ish.

Thekidsthatpukedxmas · 29/10/2016 10:17

Use code HALLOWEEN for £5 off £30 spend or £8 off £40 spend at The Book People

StrawberrytallCake · 29/10/2016 10:21

Does the Argos 3 for 2 start at midnight?

cowssheephens · 29/10/2016 10:27

confuugled thanks, just ordered two. They look brilliant.

Eva50 · 29/10/2016 10:43

How's this for good service. My cure bacon arrived this morning. I only ordered it yesterday and we are in the Scottish Highlands!

StrawberrytallCake · 29/10/2016 10:53

Argos just called to tell me the hatchimal I bought on Thursday is out of stock SadEnvyAngry so they won't be delivering it.

HungryHorace · 29/10/2016 11:01

Quidco has just sent a message saying that they are offering £50 off a £150 spend at Banana Republic, plus 12% cashback.

Might be useful to someone?!

HungryHorace · 29/10/2016 11:05

Ah. The £50 discount is from the retailer and the cashback from Quidco! 😀

DandelionAndBedrock · 29/10/2016 11:05

Oxford Street John Lewis are doing personalised tubs of play doh - think it is £1.99 for a mini tub.

They print the name on a label and wrap it round. Not a particularly great bargain but a nice stocking filler, especially for children with unusual names. Think it is in store only though.

y0rkier0se · 29/10/2016 11:19

Angry at whoever posted the truffle shuffle site, you've made me £50 poorer but the owner of lots of pretty Roald Dahl and Labyrinth things.. I'll wrap them up, to me, love from me.. Grin

GardenWorm · 29/10/2016 11:25

Trollbeads are giving a free chain if you buy a lock for one of their bracelets. The locks start at £40 I think and the chain would be £35....then you can spend a zillion on beads Grin

girlsyearapart · 29/10/2016 11:59

badders it's not just you I ordered kindle fire cases from Amazon and it took three attempts before they were actually the right size

Badders123 · 29/10/2016 12:07

Girls...dh is agog that I have had to spend £30+ to get a case that Actually fits! 😒

girlsyearapart · 29/10/2016 12:33

I thought I was going mad at first and kept re reading the product descriptions..
Amazon were very good at refunding straight away though.
On a similar note to whoever ordered personalised match attax cards be prepared to feel you are going mad when you get a single match attax card in an envelope with absolutely no other paperwork inside. Possibly a less well known Stoke defender Hmm

RoastieToastieReastie · 29/10/2016 12:36

Thanks badders will have to have another check
