Arghh! Has anyone had any problems trying to place an order with IWOOT?

The shopping basket total seems to be plucking a total price out of thin air!

It involves 3 items for £20 which, if I just have those in my basket , correctly totals £20 but then when I add another item for just over £5 the total jumps up to over £33 .

I have contacted them but it can take upto 48hrs to get a reply apparently.

IWOOT have utterly dire customer service so I'd avoid them like the plague unless you have no choice.

Norbert agree re issues with iwoot. I've had an ongoing issue with them which was finally sorted this week after being ongoing for two months over a very simple replacement due to faulty item. I would never order from them again.
