Not my picture but searched google for one. Looks like it was only £1.99 as well. I wasn't sure as brought quite a lot of things.

They also had home and love carnival lights. Metal ones with red outers reduced from £25 to £4.99. Again not my picture and says b&m but was definitely home bargains. They are smaller than usual but you get the 4 lights battery operated.

Grrgghh Smyths have wound me up. The one thing I actually needed was click and collect only, every other possibility was only available instore.
As a PP said, being able to filter by delivery options would make it so much easier.

While I'm on the subject, can I please have your honest opinions on this voucher offer. I am trying to buy a PS4 Controller. Smyths have said its excluded as per the Ts & C's. ( have added pic but dont think it will be legible so link is Voucher )

It says excludes video games, games consoles, gaming chairs, Tablets, yada yada yada, Disney Infinity etc..... then Karaoke Machines, accessories or electronics.

I think they are going to argue that the " accessories" part applies to the whole exclusion list, but to me it looks as though accessories relating to Karaoke machines are excluded.

Am I just chancing my arm? Go on, I can take it!!

Oh, I thought the Hush emailgate was going to end now that they have already produced two splendid pieces of art... There's definitely somebody very dizzy dealing with the whole issue. When it comes to corrupt offer links, this morning I received the order I placed with them using the referral credits from posting my link on here. For whatever reason I don't appear to be on their black list. I just really hope that the people who used my referral link didn't get any abusive emails from them. Anyway, receiving dress half price hasn't changed the fact I feel "bleur" about them and am considering to give it as a present to somebody who wouldn't know all the background story and would enjoy wearing the piece. I have asked to remove me from all their mailing lists.

Toblerone I mentioned yesterday that it wouldn't allow me to purchase an Xbox One controller with the voucher offer, so I went in store to try my luck to no avail.
They were very shirty about it when I questioned it (very politely), so I put down the rest of my shopping to purchase elsewhere.

I got the tights and haven't been included in any of the nasty emails either even though I got the referral from here. I did look at the site though and had chosen a couple of things (total price £120) to order nearer to Christmas but won't order now as the poor customer service has really put me off. I don't imagine I am the only one either so would imagine that this fiasco will cost them more than they would have lost if they had honoured the promotion.

Really sad to hear hush have been so shit, I have bought most of my clothes from them for 2 or 3 years. They've been trying to expand so I know their concessions are in John Lewis now (in case you fancy a protest).

I dont ever shop in Smyths but the controller I am after is cheaper than anywhere else at normal price, so a bit more off would be great. I am waiting to see what they say via facebook message, despite their page saying they reply "instantly", it took 5 hours to receive the " its excluded, sadface" message.

While I have been waffling on, they have just messaged back and told me its included under accessories and electronics. I have just said I think its a bit misleading and wont be buying from them
