That was quite a rude email I think, blaming MN and saying they want every mention removed. I'd noticed they've been removing negative comments on their FB page too. Doesn't really paint them in a good light I think, especially with the almost blackmail of previous posters and their PayPal refund disputes

Just read it again, in their own words the links generated a code with no verification email or minimum spend. So that's their own mistake, they must have known something like this would happen.

Blimey...I didn't buy anything from Hush and have stayed quiet during the whole saga but that email is spectacularly rude.

They're coming across as very superior and it's left a bad taste for me, even though I'm not involved or affected at all. They're really on the attack, aren't they? It was their bloody offer in the first place, it's their job to ensure things are watertight!

Just tried the mothercare glitch code on the kitchen diner, it's back to £50 off 🙁
Not that I needed to order the kitchen as I've already spent too much but it would be gone nicely with the playfood and bits my son got for his birthday this month

I didn't order from Hush either and have had a mild interest in it - but I agree that email is appalling I hope MNHQ are relaying the incredibly bad feeling HUSH is generating here. I would never touch them in future with a barge pole.

I agree with Carrot Van on how to handle Hush, they have been so incredibly rude to customers on here I hope all those who have been affected are firing off on all cylinders to the CEO complaining.
