Has anyone seen any offers on Hugo Boss bottled? Don't mind whether it's the dark or light one or the size (as long as it's not the teeny smallest one). DB has put in a last minute christmas request and I've already bought for him but would like to get it if poss.

janx · 12/12/2014 19:31

Lucy -I think I saw HB on offer in superdrug

LucyTheValiant · 12/12/2014 19:52

Thanks janx

Romcom · 12/12/2014 20:13

Oh no! Just realised I forgot to buy the Mirror yesterday that had the £15 off a £75 spend at Aldi!

bookwormbeagle · 12/12/2014 20:17

Hi pamelaEwing, just sent you a pm, thanks again.

WildFlowersAttractBees · 12/12/2014 20:23

Oh no RomCom... I bought three for the next few weeks Xmas Blush.

I just got one of the infamous snow glow elsa's (for a friend!) in Sainsburys. Apparently most stores got some today!

MarthaMonkeynuts · 12/12/2014 20:41

Can anyone point me to
a) discounted lego
b) google play vouchers for less than face value?

Mercy bucket x

Romcom · 12/12/2014 20:52

Good work wildflowers I'm kicking myself!

Ainmnua · 12/12/2014 20:56

TenMinutes forgive my ignorance, but why does your reception child have a gardener? I'm guessing it means something completely different. Xmas Confused Xmas Smile

Dirtydancer · 12/12/2014 21:24

I read someone on here had bought Ciate nail polish from tk maxx but I'd never heard of it before. I've just seen a candy cane box set for £7.99 and free delivery over the weekend. I googled it and it's in Selfridges and Boots for &25 and ASOS for £22. Probably too glittery for some but I've bought one for my friend.

Notice that Hotel Chocolat is letting people join the tasting club and have the trail box for £6.95 delivered, to include a free body butter cream.
It is a membership thing, but having had the cheap trial box you can cancel easily.
It's a pretty big box and they are delicious, and you can pay that price for a very bog standard box of chocs, so I reckon it is a good deal.

zipzap · 12/12/2014 21:43

Argh. I'm hacked off - having guessed correctly that there would be a good percentage off the Book People books, I needed to order a couple of Blockopedia books and they worked out cheaper than Amazon. But because I was going out yesterday and dmum was coming to babysit, I spent all of yesterday trying to tidy up before she arrived and didn't get a chance to do the order.

Today I thought she was going home after breakfast for a hair appointment so I'd have the rest of the day to sort things out but no, she'd changed it so she could stay and help do a 'bottom clean' before Christmas. Which was lovely of her but meant I wasn't able to get on the computer and now I've finally made it, they're out of stock of everything I wanted AngrySad[panic]

I know I can get them on Amazon but it's just really annoying when my best laid bargain plans go wrong. And I'm sure I've missed other things too that I was planning on getting or doing today.

DH also went to the shops for a bit of peace and quiet from my mother's incessant 'what about this?' questions when tidying and was supposed to come back with a nice elf - instead he's come back with a horror that was twice the price of the one I'd asked him to get and nowhere near as cute. Sad I know it was lovely of him to try to help but everything seems to be going wrong. grumps.

Right will stop ranting and grumbling now. As you were. Grin

Thanks sangria Flowers

I checked my other cards, and I assume I cancelled before they took payment so have paid the outstanding invoice (or what I think is the outstanding invoice)...

Zipzap Asda have the minecraft blockopedia books for 15 pound Xmas Smile

iloveholidays · 12/12/2014 22:53

What am I doing wrong with the MasterCard 5 off 10 on amazon? I am selecting my MasterCard then clicking through, it just says it's expired :(

IAlreadyToldSanta · 12/12/2014 22:58

I am also wracking my brains as to why tenminutes' ds has a gardener Confused At first I thought it was a typo but she's written it in two posts .

zipzap · 12/12/2014 23:05

Thanks leesmum - I'm just annoyed because if I'd got them through the Book People they would have been £12 with the cash back (I need two of them) plus as my order would have been over £40 I'd have got the free diary/gift wrap/etc, I'd have got another 10% off the price through topcashback bringing them down to £10.80 and there was 7% cashback so they'd have been nearer £10 than £15 each - so buying two of them I'd have saved myself a tenner.

Hey ho. It's just annoying as I thought I'd been doing so well on the bargain front!

LinzerTorte · 13/12/2014 05:36

I think they withdrew the Mastercard offer a few days ago, ilove. These things seems to sell out really quickly; if only I hadn't had to collect DS yesterday, I might have been able to sort out the Bespoke Amazon offer before that expired. Sad

LondonBetti · 13/12/2014 06:21

Help please lovely people - looking for a good family gift (kids are 5, 4 and 2 year), ideally around £50-60 ... it is better to buy separate gifts or a single big one?

Gatekeeper · 13/12/2014 07:03

my throw came yesterday and it's not like the one on the website either; very disappointed
