I do it every year, I think I'm done getting presents and then without fail I panic and get more.
Last year I went out on the 23rd and bought minions, this year already I've bought extra beanie hats for the men in my family and an air hockey table as a joint present for my dc

Anyone else do this?

Sort of twitching (not technically twitching as we hadn't finished shopping anyway) today in that we've been looking more at presents... Already had an amazing Totoro tshirt for DD and today saw a Calcifer one that DS will love...

Also agreed with DH that DD genuinely needs a new school bag (the £8 monster high one she chose in Argos was clearly a false economy, it's ripped to shreds!

I got a cuddleupet in B&M for £6.99 and ended up buying lots of other tat ( stocking fillers ) including a minion was bag, peppa pig bubble bath and stick on moustaches, I twitched big time

I gave in to the twitch and bought a leapfrog leapband for ds2(5) it was £16.31.
Now need to even up ds1 pile of presents

Twitched again today and ordered a make your own bouncy ball set for ds 7, a Melissa and Doug sand art for dd 4. Also a zoob set and a monchhichi set of two dolls just because I like the look of them

I start buying bits and pieces in september - picking up things as and when - and feel terribly organised, then this week I've panicked and ordered 10+ online shops but I know I'll twitch all the way to Christmas Eve.

Yes. Went into Home Bargains today to buy gift boxes. They were sold out of course. And ended up buying a Hello Kitty till for DD even though I was supposed to have finished my Christmas shopping.
Am going to sit on my hands till the 25th now. Probably.

Books don't count either do they?

One year I panicked ds's pressie pile was far too small and ended up at toys r us on the 23rd December buying more!

Yup have already twitched with a smal plush Endeman for DS and extra small sylvanian bits for DD because I thought they looked oh so cute.

I don't mean mini sylvanian bits just extra bits that are small like a bunk bed and double buggy.

This weekend, I will wrap the presents that I have stashed away in the wardrobe.
DS birthday this weekend so I need to decorate, make a cake and wrap his birthday pressies.

Then I'll have a few Twitches.
