My local Tesco have those boxed seed kits (cactus, veg, fly trap etc) down to 1.75 (from £7). I twitched.

Oreocrumbs · 19/12/2013 18:15

Oh Lego, that's awful. Fingers crossed you manage to get sorted.

ReastieYuleANBU · 19/12/2013 18:15

Thanks for the suggestions for baskets. I've found some on Amazon, but they're an add on item and I'm struggling to find something else to get Hmm.

I've got 3 boys, aged 8,5.5 & 2 that I could buy for. I need a stylus for a red 3ds, but can't seem to find the right one that's bargainous.

janx · 19/12/2013 20:49

Lego - sorry to hear your nightmare present situation. I am sure the adults would understand if just buy something small

I am being driven mad trying to find a fleecy xmas onesie for ds age 6. Been to Tesco, primark, looked in m&s online at bhs, asda.....nothing that is christmassy in his size. Any ideas appreciated. Don't want to pay over £10. got dd one in homebargains but not in his size

girlsyearapart · 19/12/2013 20:53

Sorry to hear that Lego.

My Great Plains order arrived today got a medium top which is far too big I am a 12 so thought medium would be a good choice.. Anyway I have given it to my friend hopefully it will fit her!
Got a couple more amazon orders to arrive but providing that & my body shop stuff arrives I am all done Grin

Thanks reastie Smile

ReastieYuleANBU · 19/12/2013 21:07

girls aww, you've spoiit my excitement on the GP sizing there, I'm a 12 - 14 and got the dress in a M, which is a good but very slightly generous on me and was getting all excited about the fact I may be entering small territory . If you could see me you'd know I'm obviously not a small, but lived in ignorant bliss for a while there Wink .

lego is there anything I can help with on the reordering etc front? Let me know if you think of anything I can do.

Mellowandfruitful · 19/12/2013 21:12

Just doing my Photobox calendars now - anyone who hasn't seen this, there is a code 50DECSAVE for 50% off on orders over £20.

samlamb · 19/12/2013 21:43

IHeartKingThistle · 19/12/2013 22:25

Lego you're kidding! It's the tiny gold coloured discs with the initials stamped on. The J isn't stamped quite as clearly as the C unfortunately but it's perfectly visible. Did you order a similar one? PM me your address?

CadenceRoastingByAnOpenFire · 19/12/2013 22:38

ItsIggining, I was looking for a love film code. Would I have be able to have one if that's okay?

Gladvent · 19/12/2013 23:01

I can't believe it, a few threads back we were all talking about what IHeart could do with the spare JC necklace and it is just what Lego needs! This thread is more Christmassy feel good than the ending of a Christmas Carol.
God bless us, every one Xmas Smile

ItsIgginningToLookALotLikeXmas · 19/12/2013 23:35

Have pm'd you Cadence, have two more if anyone wants one (2 months LOVEFiLM free)

LaTrucha · 20/12/2013 07:08

I love the fact that the initials are JC Xmas Smile

Christmas for me is going to be a ruch job at the end after all. Ev eryone's been ill and work has been mad so I've not been able to prepare anything, DH is stuck in Spain with a rotten molar and it's only five more sleeps. My only consoloation is the lovely stack of presents hiding in the loft.

Happy Christmas everyone, and thanks to all. Thanks Wine

girlsyearapart · 20/12/2013 10:32

Wow that's amazing! Can't believe the initials are the right ones!!Grin

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 20/12/2013 10:50

8petty* That's so kind of you but I have the scarf and necklace...I put them in a safer place! :o

The placemats linked above are the right ones! Have chucked them in with a friends Ocado order as I couldn't get a delivery slot...and they're cheaper then what I paid for them!

A lovely MNer is helping me design some personalied things I can frame and give as gifts

I spoke to customer service at fragrance direct and they've shipped my order out and will be here by Monday latest...couldn't get everything I had before but made some suitable replacements and they honoured my previous 15% off...am v happy with their customer service!

Iheart is posting the necklace out to me

Am headin to Borough market to replace some bits from the hamper...wont get everythinng but could make some substitutes

Am hoping I can get to bhs for the napkin dispenser on Sunday

Dr Who tshirt is a no go (really sad about that as it was perfect!)

I think I'm getting somewhere! Obviously it's costed a fucking fortune(!) but it's happening!

I am SO grateful for everyones help...I was an absolute mess yesterday and I really couldn't have got what I have without you...I am touched beyond belief by your help and offers

thank you xx

PoopPoooDeDooo · 20/12/2013 11:06

so pleased you're getting sorted Lego! My DH managed to do the same just before our wedding and chucked out all of the bridesmaid/bestman/usher presents and also a £500 credit note I had got for a faulty watch. That was 10 year ago and it still makes me sad Sad so I know how you feel. Its so easily done

WaitMonkey · 20/12/2013 11:08

Glad you seem a bit happier now Lego.

janx · 20/12/2013 11:56

Lego - so glad you are feeling better. My sister through a cheque for £500 - a wedding gift from our uncle. Luckily he re- wrote it!
