There's an advert on the side of this page to say that there's 25% off gift membership of the National Trust which might be a useful present for somebody. last year there were some fantastic cashback opportunities on top of that so it worked out really cheap...

Mellowandfruitful · 03/12/2013 11:01

M&S are doing 20% off men's and women's clothing online today. I can't get into my email to see if there's a code yet though.

Thanks to you guys I have spent my morning (and a small fortune) getting stocking fillers. I am particularly excited about the fox bag, I think DD1 will love it.

I don't know very much about kids computers, but have seen this and I think 7 year old DS would like his own computer. Is it a proper computer?

supermariossister · 03/12/2013 12:56

nix01 it looks as though it will do everything that a tablet would do with the added bonus of a keyboard so good for a variety of apps but not for things requiring flash player maybe as ds found out when he wanted to play moshing monsters on tablet. There are reasons for and against so depends what he would use it for

supermariossister · 03/12/2013 12:56

I clearly meant moshi monsters not moshing monstersGrin

snowgirl1 · 03/12/2013 13:06

Kittymouse my DD (almost 2) "buys" a present for DH - this year it will be a mug with a photo of her on it and a photo book with photos of DH & DD together.

Weknowwhoyouare · 03/12/2013 13:17

kitty mine all buy for everyone/each other. Dd2 has a tendency to do tombolas at Xmas fairs so quite random but I'm trying to make her actually put done thought in now she's 12. Dd3(3) is very good, picked dd1 a onesie , dd2 some dalek soap , grandma a Mary berry book, ds some bath toys and dh a daddy pig t-shirt. Grin
Its ds (9 months) turn to do the photo gifts this year.
