What about à little tea set for the 21 month old? Amazon had à couple with good réviews. One was à leapfrog musical one and the other was Fisher price i think. Or a pegging game, building blocks, toy garage with ramp and cars? Elc had one i think that was half price to £25 then another 20% off but think that ends midnight. My 18o old DD loves her brothers garage! Or a little wooden train ser? Ikea do them cheaply and theyare compatible with other brands

Down to £20 if buy today?

TyrannosaurusBex · 02/12/2013 22:50

Shopping all done, but an unforeseen circumstance has arisen: DD2 has added a footnote to her letter to Santa asking for mugs for DH and me with our names on them, Xmas Smilebless her heart. I considered doing some myself but am terrifyingly cack-handed. Any ideas, bargain hunters?

Tyrannosaurus that is so sweet. Could you get some photo ones done?

IHeartKingThistle · 02/12/2013 23:03

Argh I am being forced to write a Christmas list for myself for DH's family. I am fully in the zone of buying for other people. What on earth do I want for Christmas??? I like retro tat and my list has to be amazon based!

Theonlyoneiknow · 02/12/2013 23:05

Photo mugs are £5 in Asda?

mrsbugsywugsy · 02/12/2013 23:06

$10 off all posters with code EXLIBRIS at www.litographs.com. The email says this is valid 'today only' but it is a US site so will probably work till 5 or 6am tomorrow UK time.

Shipping to the UK is $14.99 and I'm not sure if orders placed now will be delivered in time for xmas but I have just ordered one for a friend's birthday in January.

Rubybrazilianwax · 02/12/2013 23:22

T rex, photobox have 3 for 2 on at the minute so you could get 3 photo mugs for £10, which is cheapest around

iheartdusty · 02/12/2013 23:27

iheartkingthistle, have you got the amazon wish list button that lets you add things from anywhere?

my wishlist is full of things from Etsy

siblingrevelry · 02/12/2013 23:46

Auntiebaba · 03/12/2013 00:04

For 21 month old niece perhaps Happyland or Lego Duplo. Always something on offer with either of these too. My DD is 18m and is getting (bargain) wooden food for her (bargain) wooden kitchen if that helps.

IHeartKingThistle · 03/12/2013 01:57

Dusty NO! THIS IS BRAND NEW INFORMATION! Will investigate!

MrsLoveBucket · 03/12/2013 05:18

Sugarplum - Homebase were selling. nice red and white nordic style cups

SpottyChristmasCakes · 03/12/2013 05:46

Littlemiss they should definitely refund you your delivery charge I wouldn't have thought there'd be a problem

DrankSangriaInThePark · 03/12/2013 06:27

For mugs- there is another free one with just postage paid around, I got an email on Saturday but I can't for the life of me think who it is.....maybe check MSE or google. I'll have a look but I think I deleted, it was going to be valid from yesterday IIRC.

GlitteredPinecones · 03/12/2013 06:45

Thanks so much for that link mrsbugsywugsy. The code mustn't be working anymore (wish I'd woken up half an hour earlier!) but I'm going to order one anyway. They're lovely. Plus, I saw this on their site-

We're proud to partner with the International Book Bank to send one new, high-quality book to a community in need for each poster we sell.

So really I have to order one. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it Xmas Grin

Now to decide which one or more I want Xmas Smile

If anyone sees any codes for them, please could you let me know as I'm sure I'll want to order more someday too Xmas Grin

DrankSangriaInThePark · 03/12/2013 06:56

The photo mug is Truprint, but there are only 5,000 free ones on offer.

Weknowwhoyouare · 03/12/2013 07:15

OP posts:
Sillybillybob · 03/12/2013 07:32

Does anyone else have the Boots Beauty advent calendar? I can't get today's thing out! It's sat there, encased by plastic, mocking me Xmas Sad any tips for getting out without destroying the entire calendar?!

Am so pathetic.

thenicknameiwantedisgone · 03/12/2013 07:58

Thanks to these threads I have done so much online shopping that I got home to a phone call from the bank yesterday's saying they had put a fraud alert on my credit card and temporarily stopped it Shock Grin. Oops!!

I soon corrected them and got it reinstated Xmas Smile. Hope I'm nearly done now though.

Just had an email from the Micro Scooters website - £5 off all orders over £25 and free delivery over £50 with code MEGASCOOT. I've found this site to be pretty competitive price-wise in the past so hope that's of use to someone Smile
