Went into M&S today and didn't buy snow globe biscuit tin. Lots of people were though. I did buy the Father Christmas x3 tins of sweets, really sweet. Reduced to £5 until Sunday. They were in the food section (with the reduced biscuit tins).

TheOneWithTheHair · 12/11/2013 13:44

Boden code is gone now.

DrankSangriaInThePark · 12/11/2013 13:47

Have caved in and bought finger lights.

Would love love love Boden code
Have tried to PM 4 times but won't cooperate
Could be me - in bed on some v strong painkillers
Trying to finish Xmas shopping before I give in and let DP take me to hospital!

Theimpossiblegirl · 12/11/2013 13:50

Crafty Hearst have been horrible to me too- saying they won't let me unsubscribe until I return the gifts (which I haven't received) and denying there was ever a trial period. Really fed up and will never buy from them again. I've cancelled the direct debits. To be honest, this has reminded me why I stopped buying magazines- they were rubbish- full of adverts and no interesting content so I was cancelling for genuine reasons. Grrrr.
[need a rant smiley]
[and santa ones]

HenriettaPie · 12/11/2013 13:50

girlsyearapart · 12/11/2013 13:50

May not be all stores but my local teso had wee Lego sets down from £5 to £1.25. There we're a few but going fast. Worth an eye out if you're there already.

TheOneWithTheHair · 12/11/2013 13:54

Sorry everyone. The Boden code has gone.

I'm not doing that again as I feel guilty that I couldn't give one to everyone. :(

Next time I'm just going to post it on the thread and see who's quickest! Grin

lucysmam · 12/11/2013 13:55

mn-er's will be easily identifiable in the playground from all the small people waving their fingers about like they're at a rave Grin

pingusmumtoo · 12/11/2013 13:55

Oh well - bloody phones!
If anyone has a boden voucher they're not going to use would be massively appreciated here!

SurvivalOfTheUnfittest · 12/11/2013 14:00

Have I ever read a Thomas book? I could probably recite the bloody things from memory!!

SurvivalOfTheUnfittest · 12/11/2013 14:16

Can any of you kind folk direct me towards where to sign up for the newsletter or something from Amazon on clothes that will send me a 20% off voucher? I can't remember for the life of me which thread it was mentioned on!

SurvivalOfTheUnfittest · 12/11/2013 14:17

Sorry, it has randomly flashed up now I've gone back into Amazon again.

FairyJen · 12/11/2013 14:26

I may have to hide this thread again. I was finished apart from pillow pets which I'm waiting for offers on an I'm now debating whether or not my dc need finger lights!

Judging by this thread dd may be only one is class Santa doesn't give any to! Grin

NotEnoughTime · 12/11/2013 14:29

Not sure if it has been mentioned but the Barnados/Argos toy "amnesty" is back again this year.

Win, win situation-get rid of all your DC's unwanted/unplayed with toys and get a free £5 argos voucher (I think you then have to spend £35) to put towards buying some more unwanted/unplayed with toys.

KungFuBustle · 12/11/2013 14:30

Fairy, I bought them for DS. I'm now thinking dh would like some. I saw an advent for two and a half men and I'm sure that punked man had some.

AndiMac · 12/11/2013 14:30

I bought the finger lights because I thought they would make good party bag filler. And I plan to try them out with a mini-rave in my living room.

Prizepudding · 12/11/2013 14:32

Asda have some great deals on sophia the first including the castle for £45, talking sophia reduced from £44 to £22 and the royal carriage reduced to £18.50 from £25

hallowisitmeyourelookingfor · 12/11/2013 14:33

Apologies if I've missed one, anyone know if there's a discount code for L'Occitane anywhere?

hallowisitmeyourelookingfor · 12/11/2013 14:35

fairy I ordered fingerlights nearly 6 weeks ago and they still haven't been delivered, you might have run out of time!

dingit · 12/11/2013 14:36

Primark had a couple of pillow pets for £5 today.

jamtoast12 · 12/11/2013 14:39

They were selling the finger lights in b&ms today for £1. I'm still waiting on amazon ones.

Hawkmoth · 12/11/2013 14:40

Cut the Rope Toys in Home Bargains. The big one with a pull string candy £5.99 and small ones £2.99... Frustratingly!
