If November is divided into early, middle, and late then it is still early.

I've just finished some non-Christmas shopping. Decorations all over City Centre and Xmas music in some of the shops!!!

Maryz I'm gutted.

I was just rootling around in the 'shop' cupboard searching for what I thought was a nice lemon loaf cake but turned out to be DH's Lemon and Ginger tea bags (yuk yuk spit). Right at the back I found an Ikea gingerbread house, a box of biscuits for cheese and DS3's special Christmas pasta. Shock

In my defence, they were all left over from last Christmas so please may I be forgiven? Smile

I'll be asking FC for a new pair of glasses because a lemon cake/nasty tea bag identity fail is not something I wish to repeat.

KalevalaForMePlease we're damn lucky they are coming back this year after they had to shut last year due to the fucking flag protesters.

It opens weekend after next.

Then it will be Christmas in Belfast. Grin

I'm almost all wrapped. DH was moaning talking about my uber-organisedness the other day, if he had his way we'd be shopping on Xmas eve. I told him that next year he can organise Xmas, see how well he does....

I gave in and heated it up. i am eating it now [heh [heh]

It is actually a little bland. I would recommend a hearty dollop of Horseradish, Mint Jelly, Tabasco or such condiment to liven it up. I would also add extra stuffing. i kind of hoped it'd be liked liquidised baby christmas dinner of which I have fond memories. (Yum.)

I don't sound like A A Gill do I?

The best soup I have had lately is Yorkshire Provender red pepper, tomato and wensyeldale cheese sold in Waitrose and other supermarkets. That is amazing. But not Christmassy.

I am so disgusted that my OBVIOUSLY IRONIC thread has been moved to the Christmas topic that I spent last night reporting at least 20 threads from the past two days that should be moved to Christmas.

I hadn't reported any Christmas threads in the wrong topic up to now, but I am certainly going to make a point of it from now on.

Angry

Lovely to see you too Grin dh is like you, I've told him that next year he can do xmas (he is v disorganised) and start in dec. Then when ds sees one envelope under the tree with £20 in, I'll take a photo of his face. He's stopped moaning now, and even eaten all some of the mince pies.

Mintyy, I'll help you out
