19th thread

If lost then see message 2 on the first page for the codes/info collated from previous threads (to save slow loading for those using phones).

Spookyteacakes what flavourly code did you use this time? I tried another box with dh details earlier and flavourly 10 only took £1 something off.

OP posts:
SpookyTeacakes · 01/11/2013 19:17

I used the FLAVOURLY10 ....maybe try again? I used my name, address and card details but a different email address.... I think they will cotton on soon and scrap that code!

GirlWithTheYellowHat · 01/11/2013 19:58

Does anyone know the cheapest place to buy rechargeable batteries and a charger that does various sizes? Figured DD1 is getting to the age where toys need more batteries and this would be cheaper in the long run. Plus thread baby love her swingy chair and it eats size C batteries.

Pachacuti · 01/11/2013 20:12

Not sure, GirlWith, but 7dayshop are often good with that sort of thing so I'd check out their current prices as a starting point for comparison.

purpleloosestrife · 01/11/2013 20:13

help, I think I'm addicted to this thread!

The last of my parcels have arrived (even the coloured light rings! which took forever to get here, but are amazing for £0.42) I have bought EVERYBODY I know a gift - I have even bought Birthday presents for those with nov/dec/jan birthdays.

Flowers to all involved in this thread for helping save a small fortune ( or maybe a fivetune according to my DD aged 3 who loves to show off her counting skills!)

...but what am I going to do now??? Confused

Finlaggan · 01/11/2013 20:29

Finally received our eBay Xmas pjs. Took quite a while to get here, but they are worth the wait, they're lovel!

DD is 4 and I ordered aged 6-7 and they look like they'll fit fine.
DS is 1 and I ordered age 12-24 mo they look a bit neat but will be fine for Xmas.

They're good quality and look lovely, can't wait.

Look at their sizing guide as we ordered based on height, and order now if you really want them.

Thanks to who ever posted about them.

Ihopeyoudance · 01/11/2013 20:40

I have some codes for money off at The entertainer if anyone wants them. They look like unique ones so PM me if you'd like them. I have £6 off £75, £12 off £100 and £18 off 150. Better than nothing if you have lots to buy. Valid until 22nd Nov. excludes the purchase of Little Tikes, Plum, TP, Smoby and Robbie Toys it says in the small print.
I'm happy to pass on as I won't be using them.

I need to leave this thread, but it is more addictive than Valium!!!

3bunnies · 01/11/2013 21:10

leavesalmondsoutofit that site has loads of interesting bits. Even a freebie pea recipe book for whoever was looking for a pea themed secret santa gift.

lilyloo · 01/11/2013 21:15

I have only just seen this thread. I have put a post in Christmas about christmas bedding at Studio thats almost half price with the code and free delivery if your a new customer.

TheIggorcist · 01/11/2013 21:18

Attempted to buy the make-your-own crackers mentioned from Asda today - no crackers out at all, and next-to-no help from the Asda person I asked - not his department, and I could walk to the orders desk at other end of shop (he saw I was carrying a screaming toddler in my arms) if I wanted to know more.

Got a Baker Ross catalogue today with free delivery over £50 - not much of an offer, really!
Also struggling to find goods worth £50 from ISME in order to get £25 off, the prices seem so inflated to start with.

neddle · 01/11/2013 21:28

Anyone got a current elc birthday voucher please? Mine says its not valid Sad.

nickdrakeslovechild · 01/11/2013 21:33

Is the ISME code for new customers only, TheIggorcist?

neddle · 01/11/2013 21:53

Thanks nick, someone on mse said it did work. Trying to get the most out of them is hard work Wink.

nickdrakeslovechild · 01/11/2013 21:56

I did try it too neddle but the person on the phone and in store wouldn't have it. Too bad as earlier in the year they did this and it did work! I got the cupcake collection set for £16 reduced from £65 by stacking codes, but they seem to have gotten wise god damn them!

SarahPercyAndBill · 01/11/2013 21:58

Thank you to whoever posted about the £5 peppa pig pj & robe in argos. Grabbed the last one at my local one earlier this week :-)

Mellowandfruitful · 01/11/2013 21:58

My Dec Glamour has also arrived and like others, none of the Nails Inc stores are near me (can't be arsed to travel for it!) so if anyone wants the letter for free nail varnish PM me. Reastie as thread-creator you are most welcome to it if you want another and haven't gone to get them yet!

nickdrakeslovechild · 01/11/2013 22:02

Bugger forgot, was in tesco earlier and they had a couple of doc mcstuffins sets at half price. One of them was a craft set, but cant remember the other one sorry. I saw the programme for the first time today!

Mipe · 01/11/2013 22:06

Those free pea recipe books look great, not sure if they are ok for presents but a good freebie anyway!
