I'm going to do my Easter tree on Friday with dd, I'm sure it will look interesting! And then the highlight Christmas dinner on Easter Sunday. I may have to put the sprouts on now Wink

I got out the decorative eggs for Easter last night - DD and the AP will have fun with those later decorating the house somehow. I must get an easter egg for the AP (we're away for the weekend, AP is staying in our house). But I don't have to think much about meals as we are having fish pie on Friday, and roast lamb on Sunday, as per tradition!! (Must remember to buy wine tomorrow).

carrot cake is lush isn't it?
I make it for my mum because for ages she couldn't have dairy (I used oil and didn't put the cream cheese on top).
I'd make some a few days before she visited to let it mature.

Walnuts, whole cloves pulversised in the blender, sea-salt and cinnamon.
mmmmmmmm

'Tis a health food with all the carrots too. forgets about the oil and sugar content
